Just be careful when you view properties for sale by this estate agent. Had the truth/proper photographs been advertised about a property on Hayling Island we were interested then we wouldn’t have bothered to view. Total letdown and very disappointed on what we expected compared to what we were introduced to. Be careful folks !!
Recently rented property through Arden & Way and so far it’s all been good. Paperwork was sorted in advance, minor repairs carried out promptly. Jess meet and greet us on key collection day and was very friendly and made us feel welcome in our new house. Well done, would recommend
Even though Jessica is a friend of mine she rented my property out a year ago when I moved to London, she found me tenants who have been perfect! They have just moved out today as moving abroad, a check out was done and cleaners arrived the same day to complete a deep clean. She has again successfully rented my property and the new tenants move in next week. This was all done with me being in London with no stress and at no extra cost. I can't thank or recommend Jessica and the team at Arden & Way enough!
I have two properties with Arden & Way and have always found the team to be highly professional and efficient. Rents are collected promptly and any problems reported and dealt with immediately. Jess, Lucky and Kieran are always welcoming and friendly whenever I go into the office. They care about giving good customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending the company to any potential tenants or landlords. You will be well looked after.
Arden & Way are just an outstanding letting agent, nothing is too much trouble even as a tenant, Flo is so kind and goes above and beyond time and time again. I really cant thank the team enough for all the help they have given us over the last year and a half.
We have contacted the agency last week to book an online viewing, they have arranged and confirmed. We received confirmation text in advance and on the day. Unfortunately, at the time of the appointment no one called, we waited about 15 minutes and called - were told that they will do it right away (without apologies for the delay but never mind). An hour after this call we still had nothing and we called again, this time were told that they are taking the video and will send it straight away on WhatsApp. Another hour later still nothing, no call to explain whats happening, no heads up on how long we need to wait, not even saying whether we should even bother waiting. We called again - same story. And 3 hours later on the same day we called once again and no clarify whatsoever. Extremely unreliable, not accurate, non-apologetic bad customer service. If you are moving to Portsmouth from another city just don't bother contacting it will be a waste of your time unless you like to be messed around!
Had an awful experience with Arden and Way as a prospective tenant.
Never have I been called back when I’ve been told ‘leave that with me and I’ll call you back this afternoon’
Not once has that callback happened.
No response to emails that have been sent. Not even a ‘thanks for your message, we’ll be in touch’
The most unprofessional letting agents that I have ever encountered
Horrendous company. Look after a property that residents have complained about due to rubbish all over the place. Agent has witnessed this several times, done nothing. Bonfires including mattresses and other flammable stuff by this tenant, photos sent to agent, nothing. Residents had enough. Arden & Wey obviously only interested in money. Local Residents now taking legal advise. Would never use a company that doesn't respect other residents and the environment. Use other letting agents who care.
