The place was very clean! They were training a new kiddo and he was doing great! The food was good! I wasn’t sure about the shrimp cause it seemed too soft.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this restaurant and it’s staff. The staff is always kind and helpful. The high chairs have individual wipes and bibs not even nice restaurants do that. The building is clean, even the playground feels clean as well. Great job
I come here for the play place. Best one for little kids because it's open. Always clean and in good order, and if you come at off times for a snack, it's rarely busy (we had it to ourselves today).
I am still sad AC discontinued sweet potato fries, but their regular fries are still pretty darn good, and I've always had good service.
Beyond the fries and desserts, Arctic Circle has never had phenomenal food. It’s always been decent though and a fun place to take the kids.
Recently it’s gotten EXPENSIVE to bring the family here. I can eat at In-n-Out for cheaper. If the food was better I would get it, but it’s below average for fast food.
I wanted to give zero stars but there is no such option, stupid, rude employees cannot make a simple order. My husband waited in line for 20 minutes to get a fries, a corn dog and 2 cones and the order came completely wrong, he had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come with the right order and the employee came complaining, (mumbling) walking towards the car as if she was right (right) when she delivered the food through the car window she almost threw the food out the window she was so angry, my husband asked why this attitude and she started complaining about the place she worked. My husband You do not know her name because she did not have any identification, she was blonde and wore glasses, Honestly this establishment had to be closed ????
This place is very clean and friendly. I like how you can get a bag of 5 burgers for 10 bucks, and they taste pretty darn good. I originally left a review for this place thinking it was ice berg leaving them a 1 star saying that their fries taste like they were used in the same fryer as the fish. My bad, sorry about that. I just moved here and got confused. Both places had similar similar sounding names.
I have gone to this location multiple times and have had very bad experiences with the employees every time I go they are extremely unfriendly rush you to order I have asked for sauce multiple times I’ve gone and they act annoyed and roll their eyes if you ask for things they close the window at the drive through mid question. Extremely rude employees
Always clean and nice staff. It’s one of the few Arctic Circle in the county with indoor playground, and the only one opened on Sundays.
