Excellent friendly service. Very fairly priced. Honest and sincere diagnosis of problems and repair estimates. And more often than not, vehicles can be seen and assessed within a very short period of time
I took my car to my usual mechanic who was too busy to carry out the work, he drove the car and said there was an issue, I looked for an alternative so dropped my car to Archers garage saying there was a knock from the steering. After investigating I was told he couldn't see any issues.
I collected my car the same day and was charged £50, I reluctantly paid but my partner went back in to question why we were charged so much if no work was carried out. The owner quickly became rude and told her to get out.
Looking at the receipt there is a note saying knock detected from the steering, so the issue was detected but not fixed. Ended up paying £50 for a check over on my car that has recently passed MOT..
Incompetent skills to carry out the job and rude customer service, I won't be returning to this garage.
Nothing is to much trouble for the technicians, helpful, fairly priced and always a thorough job. I have known the technicians for over 30 years never had to complain.
Took my car to be serviced and was not disappointed. Very friendly and good price. Was told last year by another garage my front breaks needed doing very soon. Took it here and told there fine goes to show when someone is trying to take your money for no reason will 100% use them for mine and my wife cars again
Excellent car repair shop in Colwick and your M.O.T can be done here. Excellent staff very friendly. Will call in again for sure

What a brilliant little garage this is used to use another but they closed and suggested archer’s have had new breaks first visit and rollbar links 2nd both time had a great service from them and was at a great price showed me the problem parts when I went to pick it up so I could see what was wrong and why they needed changing highly recommend them for work
