I have taken two of my vehicles to this location to be repaired. The first experience was great! The second one could have been much better. It was (what I thought to be) a simple rear end repair. I dropped my vehicle off on 8/16/2021 and was finally able to pick it up on 11/1/2021. Shipping delays were the cause of the extended turnaround time for this repair. When I picked up the vehicle, my driver seat cover was ripped and the gas tank was left at 25 miles until empty. I am not sure how the tank was nearly run dry as it was at least half full when I dropped it off and was only driven 6 miles in the nearly 3 months it was at Archer. I hope this feedback helps increase customer satisfaction in the future.
Attitude, lacks updating customers, insensitive. Once they have your vehicle they lose all statues of customer service.
I dropped my car off 1/10/2022 and it was ready around 2/8/2022. Throughout this process Me. Curt, Ms. Debbie and Mr. Mark were very helpful and pleasant and made me feel better at the fact that my car would be there for a bit. It is COVID times and insurance companies are slow to responding and getting parts but everytime i called for an update it was progression everytime. Mr.Curt even went back and forth with the janky insurance that hit me to be sure they paid for all work (had to get 3 checks sent out - this was main cause for the hold up) Mr.Curt even pre ordered the parts before all check supplements hit (doubt anybody now a days would do that). The work on the car was immaculate, they even washed my car and cleaned the inside. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it was frustrating calling days out of the week and getting Debbie to answer the phone but no one but Mr.Curt could update me on the car. I feel they should give Debbie updates at the end of everyday so when people call the following day/morning she can update the customer instead of the customer having to wait on Mr.Curt. With that being said otherwise I had a great experience and will be bringing my car here for any future services.
Curt, Scott & Mark were all extremely thorough, knowledgeable, honest, patient and responsive to my questions throughout the process of getting a repair done through an insurance claim. Work done was excellent. Thank you guys!
This has been the second time I have had one of my KIA vehicles at this shop. Both repairs have looked great, can't tell anything happened. They even put back on the original badge on front bezel after it was repaired (It had been altered). Great job guys. Nice people with a friendly " can I help you" attitude.
Unfortunately I had to use this place since someone backed into my vehicle but I don't regret using them! The receptionist was very sweet and informative. The gentlemen that looked at my car was super informative and gave me peace of mind. The other guy that took care of the repairs also helped me out and contacted me in a quick amount of time. I definitely recommend this place for vehicle repairs.
Archer made my whole experience very pleasant from assisting with a rental car, dealing with a slow insurance company and performing excellent restorative body work and repair. The receptionist, Daniel and Curt were all friendly, professional and kept me in the loop throughout. I’d highly recommend their service. Hugh S.
