My Chevy Cruze is pushing 200k miles and has a variety of issues, these guys were honest with me and told me that the issues weren’t worth fixing on the current value of my car. They could have just nickel and dimed me for various issues and the check, but they really helped me out. My plan was to just drive it a little more before I can get a new car, thank you for helping and confirming it’s at least safe to drive for a little more time. Definitely will be taking any cars I have here in the future. Thank you :)
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to sing praise for this place from the rooftops. I was swayed to come here by all of the other 5-star reviews for this place and I was still so blown away by the excellent service and kindness. I needed a simple repair: my engine splash shield had come loose and was dragging on the ground, and I didn't have the tools to fix it myself so I took it here. I was greeted politely and cheerfully, and was given an initial estimate of no more than 2 hours tops. They got it done in 40 minutes, and told me the repair was ON THE HOUSE. I didn't have to pay a dime. He made my day and I hope this review will give him and his team at least a little of the spark of joy they gave me. I'll be taking my car here forever and will recommend all of my friends and family in the area do the same.
Broke down while on vacation and got towed to Arcadia Auto Service. Can I just say wow! Robert was at the desk when we came in and he was beyond professional and exceptionally pleasant to work with. What could have been an awful experience on a road trip breakdown turned out to be a blip on the radar! The auto shop was able to identify and fix the problem in about an hour and we were back on the road again! Wish we had these guys in our hometown in Phoenix. We are very grateful and appreciate of their quick work and the quality of service we received!!
Came by on my lunch break for a consult about squeaky brakes and some clips that had come loose on the bumper.
Agreed to come by the next morning. Got a call with an update that my rotors will need work but the brakes are still good. They addressed the clips. They did not push me to pay for new rotors. I really appreciate the integrity of this business.
Final charge? Zero. Service and care. I will continue to trust them with my vehicles and recommend them highly.
I've continued to bring both my vehicles here to Sammy and Robert for all of my auto needs and recommended my friends to bring their cars here as well.

My daughters car needed some TLC (4 wheel alignment, new tires, oil change, brake inspection), she had moved to Arcadia to finish up grad school so I was not able to do the work. I reached out to Robert at ASC and could not be happier with the customer service and communication we received. Its nice to know if something comes up with her car she's comfortable reaching out to Robert for repairs and I'm comfortable knowing she will be treated fairly. Thanks ASC
It's hard to find honest professional and quality service. I've been several places throughout LA and majority have been mediocre. ASC is a diamond in the rough. I've been here now a few times for various things (oil leak, gasket, flat tire, oil change) and can definitely say they are top notch and genuine in their care. A+!!!
