Bobbie, The Assistant Manager right now is Awesome!!!. She has a Great Personality and always makes sure I am taken care of!! That's what I like about her, She always does a Great Job and She should be Promoted to The Main General Manager at this Arby's!!. Kaylee is also Great and did a Great Job Too, as well as Christina too!!. The Staff is Great and they always make sure to keep it clean inside The Restaurant too!! Which I Like and Appreciate very much!!. That is why I always keep going there because The Food is always Great, along with The Atmosphere of Great Customer Service!!!. Keep Up The Great Job Staff!!????????????????????????
Employees were panicking and basically tripping over each other, the cashier wasn’t very friendly and was rushing you to order. Sandwich was good. The mozzarella sticks tasted old. Really dirty and gross. Garbage in the booths. The floors were disgusting. I didn’t want to touch ANYTHING.
Lost my appetite honestly.
It was just right at closing, and the staff were trying to clean up when I and several other customers visited . They were kind, and the food was insanely fresh. Did not have a single problem with my order here.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience. I was working for Uber eats and this short older lady yells that the lobby is closed as soon as I walk in. (I was just following the directions. As they requested Uber orders should go inside.) I wait at the window forever and she finally opens the window hands me a bag and shuts the window without saying one word. I sit there waiting for her to open the window back up since she forgot the shake. She finally opens the window and let's me remind her of the missing item. No apologies. Not much words are exchanged.. I don't know if she treats all customers like this. Or if she thinks she doesn't need manners for Uber eats drivers. But I'm still a customer when I'm off the clock, and I will never go back. I will recommend others do not go to this location.
Arby's Market Fresh sandwiches are the exact kind of sandwich I would make at home... If I had the same great ingredients... And any skill.
Point is... They're amazing!
We just went there to go get a shake and some curly fries the curly fries for crispy and hot the shake was nice and cold and the person at the drive-thru seems like he enjoyed his job he had a happy tone and an nice attitude would go there again
Normally I love this place. Today I ordered a double beef n cheddar and the bun wasn't toasted (it was hard) and it definitely did not have enough meat on it to be a double. The fries were the type of greasy that has been sitting for a while. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had.
Customer service was phenomenal. The girl at the window was very nice and helpful. I would go back.
