1) we were not given straws
2) they did not ask if we wanted sauce
3) when we opened our roast beef sandwiches, the meat was 1/8 inch thick and dry.
I have literally never before received such thick cut meat from an Arby's and it did not taste good in the slightest. Worst Arby's experience, I think, ever.
Only drive thru was available. That said the staff were working hard to get the order correct as quickly as possible. I had the chicken pecan salad sandwich and my pup had a beef slider! ????
The food was served fast and hot. Very nice window service.
Apparently they have been closing for at 7 pm for 7 months. My annoyance about that is EVERYTHING is posted for 10pm.
I understand not having customers and keeping costs down, but they are a corporation they can afford to change times on their door and the internet....
Food is a 2 because I've been sick on their jalapeño poppers twice never posted it cause its probably just human error not rotating stock but this is straight laziness. I tried to talk with whoever was on 2 nights ago and he did say they would "check out" the sign i was talking about but im gonna have to buy the curly fries from the store from now on. Sad day because we have like 10 restaurants in this tiny freaking town.
Will definitely be back if management changes!! ????
Took 30 minutes to get through 3 cars in drive-thru. Roast beef was cold. Onion rings burnt and the aujus had so much powder in bottom it made me sick... Pictures included.
Two times in a row we have gone in with hopes that they would get our orders right and they have not we live out of town and by the time we get home we realize all of our food is not there we’re always promised a comp meal and never get it severely dissatisfied
Was nice to stop in and get a refreshing sandwich. The service was fast very polite.
I really enjoyed the burger! It was so juicy and delicious.
