If I could leave this place zero stars I would. My husband and I pulled up to the window and the lady was rude as hell and said “what do you want?” with the most attitude I have heard in a while. My husband asked if we could have a few seconds to look at the menu and she replied “fine”. I am sorry that I had no idea what I wanted. You lost our business. Will be going to the one in Sarver where everyone is nice and the food actually tastes good. Maybe you need an attitude check. Left the drive thru. Didn’t even order after that.
Waited very long in the drive thru. She asked if I wanted sauce, I told her yes please horsey. I got no sauce!
I never get bad food from here. It's commonly a lil slower but I don't mind. I'd rather it be fresh and wait.
I just left your Arby's in Natrona Heights and I would like to recognize the person taking orders at the window. The person in the car in front of me was placing 2 orders. Each order was over $30 For each order, she requested items you no longer carry and had to choose something else. Needless to say, it took quite some time to come up with something that she was satisfied with
Your person taking the order handled everything very professionally and respectfully. She should be commended for her actions. I'm not sure I would have been as nice as she was. Good work

The only place I've been to so far where a large actually meant a large for the price. Also, to anyone who has yet to try the jamocha shake, please give it a try. It's a delicious vanilla coffee like shake with optional whipped cream on top and Hershey's syrup on too. 10/10
Was a great experience the guy was very friendly the food was hot.
Food was good, but the atmosphere was not. I was dining in with my wife and my 6 year old son yesterday evening. One of the workers was using profane language and dropping F-bombs loud enough that we all heard many times that we didn't even finish our meals. If this is how the atmosphere is there I will not be returning. That is not appropriate!!!
I work here and i am going to say that this place is a hit or miss sometimes. It really matters who is working at that time and that is what would determine if the food is good or if the dinning room is clean. The food here is REALLY GOOD. It is one of my favorites.
