Crinkle cut fries at $3.49 are outrageously overpriced when they're cold, hard, brunt, old. Especially ridiculously horrendous because there wasn't a soul in the restaurant or in the drive thru. They had so much precooked food under the heat lamps, so they were absolutely incredibly inedible but the employees served them anyway, even though they knew that they shouldn't have. They don't care about the customers apparently, and the manager did nothing about it. So sick and tired of wasting money for mediocre food but horrible employees that don't care about their jobs not their customers. Do better Arby's
Wow!! My boyfriend and I don’t deliver often but decided to doordash Arby’s tonight. We live a good 2+ miles away and it got to our house in like 20 minutes!! All the food there and super fresh and hot. Doordash was there for less than 5 minutes so they got it out quick. Thank you to the team working 4/14/24 @7-7:30 pm
This final encounter (24May22@1118) is the nail in the coffin for me. Ordered on the App for this Arby's location and was expecting a complicated experience because usually that occurs at this location when ordering through the App. The workers were a little confused due to the online order, but they quickly figured it out. I received some of my food and I mentioned that one item was missing. **Also, noting that no bags had receipts on them and no napkins were given** They gave me all the items that I ordered and drove away. The Root Beer tasted like tonic water with a slight hint of syrup (Disgusting). The fries were fresh, but that was the only good thing on the docket today. I opened my sandwich and couldn't believe what I saw. I ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but did not receive that. I received roast beef on a standard sesame seed bun, not on the typical bun that is included with a beef and cheddar sandwich. There was no cheese and nothing else on the sandwich. I was beyond baffled by this comical amalgamation they decided to package up and serve to me. I can't even begin to comprehend how someone looked at this and was satisfied with their work. I guess there is zero training required to handle food at this Arby's. The mozzarella sticks were slightly undercooked, as well, but passable. The whole experience was poetic for me as this is the worst Arby's I've been to in my life. I wouldn't expect any more from the employees at this location because clearly there is a lack of competency and professionalism.
If anyone still decides to eat here, please, please do not order on the app and verify every item thoroughly before leaving.
**Update, was told to submit a review through their online system, which i did prior to leaving a review here. No response as of yet about my refund or about this review, or the review on their online system. I have not been contacted and I have not received a refund. I am not taking this review down until it's rectified.
I feel like night crews never get shout outs as the atmosphere is different later in the day but I feel that's an injustice because the people who served me were nice and the food was good and warm even after walking home. I don't usually go to Arby's but it was the closest place to me and those people made me glad I did.
Arby's in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Employee sleeping/lounging in booth. After his rest and web surf time where he consumed a drink and wiped his face several times with his hands, he returns to kitchen, scratches his head and starts handling food. Yuk.
The staff does not care. We drove 10 miles off our trip route to have Arby's. We are sorry we did. The Arby's Classic beef & cheddar was hastily assembled with one small glob of cheese . . . it was a mess. The brisket sandwich meat tasted like it had been sitting a while. Not fresh.
Don't waste your time here. Yes, it is fast food, and yes, I still expect good customer service, cleanliness and a tasty meal.
The Beef and Cheddar was alright, but the market fresh wrap was chewier than a well-done milk steak and didn't have much flavor. Perhaps I did not indulge enough in "the meats" as they say. Also, the horsey sauce packets were covered in a mystery goo that made my hands sticky. On an tangential note, I don't know how this Arby's (or really any Arby's) stays in business. The parking lot is always empty and I never see anybody in the restaurant.(I was the one person) I'm convinced it's just a front for organized crime or wrapped up in a money laundering scheme.
Friendly greeting at the drive thru, put all sauces in the bag *without* me asking for Arby's sauce, and the food was as good as expected. Would visit again if I lived in Florida!
The food was hot,fresh, and fast. I got 2 sliders a buffalo chicken and jalapeno roast beef and even asked for light sauce and jalapeno on them and they accommodated. Im so glad they did because i love spicy but my belly doesn't. The staff was extremely nice and professional and the restaurant was clean even the bathroom. The atmosphere was nice however i do wish they would put some background music on and give better kids toys.
