I just came from Here got beef and barely chedder lol. Second time it happened. People seem nice. Didn't even get offer fir money back jeez
Ordered a chicken sandwich, which I get isn't what you'd go to Arby's for, I as asked to pull up and wait while they made a fresh one. I am very very very appreciative of that! I'd much rather wait a bit for something fresh than get something quick that isn't good. Needless to say I enjoyed my meal! Mint shakes are awesome too! Thanks a bunch crew members.
The female manager with all the arm tattoos was very rude I don't come here often and I had a coupon for two premium chicken sandwiches but the coupon doesn't state what sandwich's apply for it so I asked the employee what ones they were for and the manger chimed up and said "can't you read the coupon what does it say" and I said it just says premium so then she replied "well you can read a menu what sandwiches are on it" and it just made me feel like I was dumb or something. After she finally told me which sandwiches applied she stormed off. The other employees where great but she was very rude and had horrendous hospitality! If I was here boss she would be out the door!
The kids meal was a peice of chicken torn apart fries was mixed with two different fries for a kids meal, the adults meal was cold more bread than meat fries crumbes & cold hard the waiting line was for ever , This is the second time in 2 months I gave visited there was disappointed, my daughter said tat why they drive to another location. When they want Arby's .
Great service, fast food, friendly staff! Definitely would come back and enjoy the food again next time I'm in the area!
Every time we've been in here every single employee has been super nice to us, including my crazy two year old lol. The manager, I believe her name is Tonya Graves always says hi to us and our son and asks how he is. He looks forward to going there to see the employees and so do we! I know working in the good industry can get super hectic but these employees go out of their way to be kind!!!
It tasted good, was well prepared, but like all fast food places, it was pretty expensive with the price being over 30 dollars to feed two.
The food was good and I went through the drive-thru but the service was slow. The cashier did apologize for the wait which I appreciate.
