This place is disgusting. It's like they hire whoever. The "manager" I seen was touching food without gloves. Where has her hands been? She was loud and obnoxious. She wasn't even wearing proper attire. Who wears see thru pants being a manager. Have some respect. I tell everyone who asks not to eat there. Someone please change things.
Staff are rude. Wait is ridiculous. 4 cars parked waiting on food. Girl in window had a terrible attitude and acted as though having to do her job was major inconvenience to her. They won’t get another penny from me.
So I ordered the Brown sugar bacon BLT, the sandwich had so much mayo on it it was soggy and falling apart and went everywhere.. Not sure who likes their sandwich that way. Aside from that, the girl that took the order was very friendly, and the place seemed clean despite being part of a gas station. That's why the lower rating is based on the food alone. It was almost like it was rushed.
ALWAYS delicious and hot. Never had bad service or bad food at this location. They slice the beef so thin it melts in your mouth. Been going here for years and it's always a perfect meal and stuffed bellies!
Spent $30 for one of the worst meals I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Couldn’t even put the cheddar on the sandwiches. Most of it was in the side of the wrapper.
it was ok. had to wait a bunch. but that's typical. French dip was good.
I rarely visit this Arby's because I have had bad experiences every time I have been there to have a meal. So, I have been there 2 times in the last 6 months. The first time i went, my meal was a disaster. I ordered a large, the biggest, Roast Beef sandwich i could find on the menu. I asked for Potatoe cakes, mush to my dismay, they stopped selling them. So, I ordered the replacement, Crinkle Fries. I finished my order off with a Jamocka Shake, this is a very difficult item to mess up. My spouse ordered a small roast beef sandwich on the multigrain bread. we waited for 27 minutes for our order to be ready, which I don't mind if the order is right, things happen and slow things down some time. On my way to the table i grabbed a comment card and pencil. We began taking our order out of the bag. the first thing I noticed was the "CRINKLE FRIES" were cold, then the Bread was soggy, and the meat was cold. We were late for an event and did not have time to get everything fixed, especially since the first trip took 27 minute to get to us the wrong way goodness only knows how long it would take to do it right. We ate what we could and i filled out the comment card with my name, phone number and email address. I received a call from a manager, and she told me to just come in and she would give me 2 free meals. It was 4 months later when I went back in and as I expected the employees knew nothing about me. Well 4 months is a long time so, I will say my bad. So, I ordered again. I was adamant and asked for fresh fries. going through the drive through was me trying to get somewhere quickly, again, my bad. the fries were of course cold and the order was completely wrong. I ordered the large roast beef again and got some chicken sandwich. The thing i noticed most about my visits to this Arby's is there are only 2 employees working while the other employees were sitting or standing in the manager's office laughing and carrying on without a care in the world. I don't normally go during the busiest times so I would think it would be better, but I guess not. I think that if a company want to get people back in their places, they should send gift certificate to the individuals and beg them to return for another try then, make it right. I like reading these comments which my be why mine is so long. Think twice after a bad experience at this place as to whether or not you t to return. One final thought, the counter employees were rude and sharp, likely because they were having to work hard while others were playing.
It was 7 pm and could not get a strawberry shake I love Arby's but won't be back to that one
