The food was great. However, having only one person take the order and do the register while 3 other people stand around and wait created an extraordinary long line. I waited at least 10 min before I could even place my order. Then another 10 min for my order, which was very small. Please remember this us supposed to be fast food.
My husband loves Arby's and their roast beef sandwhiches, but it has not been my favorite. However I have come to love your roast turkey and my favorite now is the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich ( also comes in a wrap) They really pile on the meat as you can see from the center of sandwhich compared to first glance from outside!
Got the Turkey swiss sandwich and it had only 1 thin slice of turkey on it. Had to go inside to order because drive thru was closed. This is the 3rd time I have been there and the drive thru was closed.
We came in a few minutes late and they still made us 3 shakes. YES! Best Arby’s ever! YES!

Whenever I come through the drive through it takes ATLEAST 10-15 minutes to get my food. And for some reason the cheese on my roast beef and cheddar sandwiches were rock hard slices and not the usual liquid-ish cheese they put on? Kinda gross lol
Actually three minus stars. I was trying to place an order and was standing right at the counter. Three of the four working guys saw me and did not take the order. I even spoke with one - no service
Do not stop go. 10 minutes farther in Cedar Falls you will find better service and good food.
They close the lobby and force you to use the drive-thru. Won't let you place to go orders. Must use the drive thru even if you have to walk thru it. Nothing like standing between running cars to make you feel safe and positive!
Place was filthy. Trash bins overflowing, trash on the floor, tables were all dirty. Took 20 minutes to get out food. Brisket sandwich was inedible and when I took the sandwich back up to get a different one, the girl working gave me attitude. Will not stop there again.
