I don’t regularly visit any other Arby’s aside from the Sidney location so can’t compare there. Conveniently located right off i75 across from Speedway with plenty of parking! No issues this visit and have always addressed any in the past! Staff always friendly during our visits and are always happy to accept my coupons :)
(Drive-Thru lights sometimes aren’t on at night so double check store times as being short staffed has impacted the hours)
Great experience good food and very clean for our evening out for a dine in dinner together.

Part of his job to fill out drinks and he just ask what we were drinking and headed up for our drinks and brought us some napkins , sauces for our food and straws with our drinks .

Not this Arby's
This was the worst Arby's I've ever eaten. I have eaten a this Arby's before and the food was fine, but today it was just gross. My moz sticks were soggy and dripping grease, to the point I didn't finish them, and my classic roast beef was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting there.
We stood there for a good bit before our order was taken, and we weren't even acknowledged (saying we'll be with you as soon as possible would help). Problem was they were obviously short staffed, as there was 1 person taking drive-thru orders and front counter. I'm sure they were trying, and it's not their fault there's clearly not enough staff there.
A gentleman brought our food to us, and the dining room was quiet; so the atmosphere was nice.
What a remarkable improvement! A year ago, this was the worst restaurant in Sidney. Today I had lunch and it was fantastic.

I was very disappointed in the curly fries maybe 1 or 2 were good the rest pieces all dried out. My turkey sandwich was good after I took off the bacon It was not edible. Twelve plus dollars considerable wait time for not very warm curly fries not a good value for my money
Ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap wast so hard it was almost solid. The people were great. But that wasn't edible. First time purchasing that. Definitely last time.
