Be careful with the app! It does not give you the discounts you are offered! I got charged twice when the girl told I didn't get the promotion from app. She said as a manager she would cancel my online order and she'd give me the discount. She did not give me the discount and she did not cancel my order. I paid $35+ for an order. They first offered me another order which I was not happy about. But when I got there she refunded my money after talking to the top manager. So make sure you go to the top if the app screws you on its promised discounts!
Oh but now there's more I told her I would take the roast beef with bacon but I'd pay for it. I was assuming she took the cost of the sandwich out of the money she refunded me of $13+change. So I got to work and realized there was no bacon on my sandwich which I told her I would pay for! I called twice and was hung up on. They picked up the phone on the 3rd phone call. I told her there was no bacon on my sandwich! She told me to come back and they would fix it. I told her I can't I'm at work. She exclaimed sarcastically "Well, what do you want me to do about it!". I said I want a refund or them to make it right, I paid for a sandwich with bacon! She proceeded to tell me she gave that sandwich for free! Well, why did I not get my $17.95 back? So, when it comes down to it I paid $22 and I got screwed! I don't care what the receipt I gave you said. That was what I was supposed to pay originally with the discount in the app I did not get! But you pulled out $17.95. You have too many managers and they don't get it. I will never use business with this Arby's location again or their app. And this post will remain until they make it right!
So I posted earlier review and I stated I would like my sandwich. Which was a bacon roast beef, get to work and no bacon. Call them back and I get hung up on twice, and they offered to fix it for me but when I said I couldn't I was at work. She exclaimed "Well what do you want me to do!". I told her she paid me $13+ cash for sandwich and I said I'd just pay for the sandwich. I thought she took the value of the sandwich out of my refund. Now she's telling me she gave me a free sandwich! You have too many managers in your store and the one i dealt with was rude with the customer service skills of a elephant. My original order was $17.95 times 2, she refunded me $13+ change. So out of $35.90 I paid $22! Do the math I paid for the sandwich you gave me with no bacon! Will not return to this Arby's or use there app again!

We went to this location yesterday for lunch.
Our half pound roast beef sandwich with cheese had about a teaspoon of cheese sauce on it and the large fry was a medium at best. We definitely got the very end of a batch.
To many other places to eat for this kind of disappointment.
They asked me to move forward to keep their drive time down.
Nobody was behind me.
Always cheating the system lol

I haven't been to Arby's for a while so I'll comment on the service being great with the time I went through the drive thru. The brisquette sandwich was good, a little fatty for my taste. I guess I'll have to experiment with the selections.
I enjoy Arbys as an up scale fast food. Definely better quality the some. Was not super impressed with the fish sandwhich, probably better when eaten fresh. Roast beef was good, and I always like the horsey sauce.
Hadn't been in a long time. Got my favorite, French dip sandwich, and it was yummy.
I had a hankering for a fish sammich and Arby’s has their 2/$6. It hit the spot, but I had to run inside to get my food, which isn’t a problem, but it stunk in there so bad. They need a whole new update, BADLY!! It smelled disgusting, old, musty… just yuck. I hope someone sees this that needs to see it and do something, anything. Even Febreeze would help lol
