Disgusting restaurant. One person working. Online order now 20 minutes late. Workers complain about going on break. Drug addicts who knew the employees in the dining room begging for free food.

My meal should be free. This is just gross.
DO NOT GO THERE. THERE ARE BETTER FAST FOOD OPTIONS.
To add, I live 5 minutes from this place. I had to microwave all of the food, let alone, put it back together cause it looked like someone threw it in the bag. I'm honestly surprised I ate it.
Arby’s beef and cheddar instead of giving me their cheddar cheese, which is usually creamy they slapped a slice of greasy cheddar on top of my sandwich. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen you can tell how greasy is. There was no creamy cheddar at all with my beef cheddar sandwich it’s like they really didn’t care what they threw in the bag. The bread was stale and completely wrecked my lunch do better Arby’s. This is disgusting.
The food was very good. I had the French Dip and Swiss sandwich and my daughter had the Double Beef and Cheddar sandwich meal.
We used the drive-through window. The service was less than desirable. We were told "Hold on", wait a sec", "hold on", "wait a minute"," let me get this in", "wait, can you repeat that"?
We then had to wait at the window for about five minutes to get our order.
We left Arby's both saying out loud,

I had an amazing experience at this Arby's! Kristy really helped me out and was so kind. I observed her doing the work of 3+ employees and was impressed with her speed. ????
Update: I got a call the next day from Sara the manager. She apologized and was very sincere and understood where I was coming from. She took the time to listen and validate my concerns which I appreciate. Because of her I have updated my review and will continue to go there. Thank you for caring!!
A bit spendy for a fast food place, but you get what you pay for.
Indoor eating area is almost always empty, but drive thru is popular.
Clean.
They are either not busy at all, or the drive thru is packed. No in between.
Crinkle fries were crispy and there was actually plenty of meat on the sandwich. First time in a long time I got a sandwich from Arby's that actually looked like the photo. Spicy gyro was super good too.
I asked for two regular roast beef meals and I got 2 sandwiches with cheese and sweet and sour sauce in it, and they took forever
