For a fast food place not super fast but did appear to be under staffed and busy, especially for time of day. Food was good meat was fresh and so where the cheese sticks I got. Will eat here again.
I ordered the beef and cheddar, when I got home I realized there was no cheddar so I called them and let them know. The lady asked ‘how can I make this right?’ I let her know I could just come back and grab a new sandwich. She was so patient and kind :)
The people working are friendly but it regularly takes a long time to get your food. Not a place to eat when in a hurry, especially being a "fast food restaurant". But food is always made fresh and is hot when you receive it.
Updated the service was very much different than last time I went . Manager on duty was very sweet and nice food was perfect . And this time the restaurant was clean and floors was not slick . Last time I went it was nasty tomatoes taste like they was gone bad . Fries was cold and hard . The floor was so slippery you couldn't hardly walk . Had to hold onto the counter or rail to even stand . Service was horrible ! I never go to this 1 because of this type of service ! Only have a star because I had to in order to rate the store .Only reason I went to this store is it was close and the elder gentleman I was with wanted to go there . I was not the only 1 with this issue there was couple others in the place complaining to . Manager on duty told me it's just as slick back behind the counter. I replied maybe need 2 different mops 1 for just lobby . She replied thats what we do . I replied well something needs done Maybe it's the soap or something maybe a new mop head and she informed me there was nothing she could do about it . I replied call the headquaters then . Because if it stays like this someone will fall and sue . The bathroom is so slick you can't stand you have to hold on to the sink and grap hands in order to not fall . She rolled her eyes . I told her I'm not trying to be 1 of them type customer's I was just trying to help . That I have several years of restaurant experience and my husband has several years of GM experience and still is 1 . She walked away . I do not care for whatever reason it is I will never ever go back to this store ! I will just stay going to the other one by the freeway exit in Etown . Always satisfied there and thier floors are not slippery !
Growing up, I wasn't a fan of Arby's. Their sandwiches always seemed so small and their menu limited. I was not and still am not a fan of curly fries either. I know that this will get me some hate but there it is.
But we come to now and OMG is now ever delicious! The au jus for the French Dip is incredible. I could eat it solo as a soup. I would love to get a couple of quarts of this stuff to use in French onion soup. But my one true love and what keeps me coming back is the Reuben sandwich. Reubens have always been a favorite of mine and this is one of the best I've ever had.
This particular Arby's store is a good one. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Many fast-food places I've been to have zombies behind the counter. Not here. The store was also immaculately clean. There was one guy there that was out cleaning when it got slow behind the counter. I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was awesome.
My recommendation: Don't pass this one by. Come in and get a tasty sandwich and even curly fries if that's your thing.
I ordered my lunch online and messed up and put my favorite in Bowling Green Ky. Instead of Elizabethtown Ky. The Lady understood my mishap and got me my order and with a smile and happy attitude.

Ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich combo. Was disappointed cause there was a teaspoon of the salad on two bug pieces of bread. Ordered a cherry turn over and got an empty turnover.
Went to management and asked for refund and was refused do to being lunch rush.
Will not go back
This used to be one of my favs but anymore, they seem to have fell off. Their roast beef sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller.
