I've tried this place a couple of times giving the benefit of the doubt. This last time I went I sat at the ordering menu for several mins before even being acknowledged, and then they only did one order at a time. You order pay for it wait for your food BEFORE taking the next order therefore the line was extremely long and people started leaving. Another time I went my order was wrong and the sandwiches were cool as if they'd been sitting on a counter already wrapped and ready to go.
I try to be fair on my reviews. I take inconsideration of time of day, how busy and how many employees are working. The person taking orders should not be. Very rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was extremely dirty and not just from a rush. The past few times that I have came to this location it seems to get worse. You are losing money. People are driving off. Extremely slow. When I visit the other stores in the area it's a totally different experience. Especially the one on Brambleton Ave. They are top notch. The Jamison store needs to be closed and moved to Bonsack.
Not very clean inside been that way many years. Staff always have been pretty good for the most part. Food is what it is. Not really worth the price nut what is nowadays.
Awesome ???? place to eat, and do some studying bc it has a coffee shop feel. The area it is in is a great area full of nice people. ????
The service was fast especially as I had a fairly large order.Staff was super friendly .Dining are and what I could see of prep area looked clean and well maintained.The only complaint was a couple of staff members should have looked a bit neater.They looked a little thrown together but overall a good dining experience for take-out!!
Went there yesterday the 13th March 2024. Waited 20 minutes at the register to be served. No one seemed interested in serving me. Not very busy workers seemed to be waiting on one another to serve me at the register. Walked out and WILL not return. Very poor customer service. Terrible customer relations. Can't rate food as I was ignored and did not receive any.
I've worked within walking distance of this Arby's for over two years but had never been inside until yesterday. Staff, particularly the manager, was friendly and helpful. The interior and exterior has been remodeled fairly recently. I ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich with onion rings. Arby's usually makes the rings fresh to order and they're fantastic, thick cut and breaded with what I believe is panko bread crumbs.
Good food service can be a little slow, but friendly
