One of the few times in a long time I've walked into a restaurant and every person in there be in a good mood!
Smiles and good atmosphere all around. Every single employee was incredibly nice and with my order being a special request (take something off add other stuff) it still came out quick, fresh and correct.
We have dined at this location a few times. Our most recent visit the fries were somewhat lukewarm, definitely not fresh. The Coke was flat, and the toilet in the mens bathroom wouldn't flush, as the auto sensor wasn't working. Overall the staff is friendly and the roast beef is good.
Really good food and pretty good prices. Rating four stars because the manager on duty seemed rude to employees and was on her phone instead of helping out.
Buns were cold and old. The young lady that waited in the drive through was very nice but food not good at all. Very disappointing.
There is a huge difference between day shift and night shift! Night shift gets mad if you interrupt them smoking cigarettes outside and they give you half frozen food after making you wait for ten minutes! I will not come back at night time. The girl at the window was talking on her cell phone as she took my money and was complaining to the person on her phone that I interrupted her smoke break!!! Y'all need to get it together
Food was ok, the FFs were hot. Nice employees. Nothing over the top, but clean and hot, what u would expect from a fast food chain
Went to get some dinner, I ordered 4 roast beef and 2 beef and cheddar,a curly fries and a crinkle fries. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the food and then they have no packets of sauce. And I asked for something to put sauce in from the dining area and I get handed 1 little cup to put sauce in, really wasn't happy cause then there was no sauce in the dining area had to ask for them to put more out and they slowly put it out and then I ask for more cups to put sauce in and they said they were only allowed to give me 3 cups. And I said oh ok especially for the order I had. So by the time I got the food home it was almost cold. Very unhappy especially for the price you have to pay.☹️
This place seems to have an issue with keeping soda or pop depends on what part of the country you're from in stock and the app does not warn you ahead of time that it is out of stock though the food is extremely done well the lack of being able to keep things in stock is what made me reduce it from a five star to a four star. Hopefully they can work that out but I'm thinking there is a staff shortage here since the door has a realtors lock box on it so I'm guessing they can leave the store keys in it.
