Thank You to the Manager Abbi, Team Members, and Members in training here at this location. I had a special request that was out of the ordinary. Not only were they extremely polite and helpful, they did not hesitate to accommodate with what they could. Still had smiles after today's rush of Eclipse visitors.

A couple years ago I got very ill from eating a Reuben from this location! I did not return for a couple years. When I did I stood at the unattended counter in plain sight of a group of employees gathered together in the back. I was the only non-employee in the place. The employees just cast glances at each other as the exchanged nervous laughter. It appeared each was daring the other to go to the counter, which with none did. I left & have not returned!
Slowest drive through in the entire planet. Sat in line for over 20 min. Only 2 ppl ahead of me.i was late for work. My order alone I waited over 10 min and all I got was 4 beef n cheddar
I was with a larger group on a youth trip, the staff was incredibly friendly, incredible at how quickly the food came out despite having 9 people on the same order. Can't speak for the people in the back but the staff seemed to work great as a team. Overall the group I was with had a great time.
i’m not impressed with the people here they work slow and do not keep up with big orders 2 underage kids in a kitchen who aren’t even paying attention and being rude to the other employee who is alittle special needs
I waited longer then usual at a drive thru but this was freshly cooked and definitely worth the wait!!!
It's good, and hot, but they are very slow at the Hubbard location takes at least 5mins from ordering to get up to pay and then another 5mins... So all in all your gonna wait 10 mins per car to get food.. Sometimes we've waited 20mins... Just to get to the window to pay.. I really wish they would bring back potato cakes all day long... They are the best.... ????
So happy the fish sandwich is back. They have the best one by far of fast food places.
