I've since retracted my previous review praising this place. I'm disappointed that I spent most of my 1/2 hour lunch break in the drive through. Finally placed my order only for them to get it wrong by charging me for someone else's large order, then having to wait for them to correct my order by taking it again, and fixing my payment all at the pick up window. The drive through staff is totally unprofessional, and unorganized. It's too bad because the food isn't bad, but the service is awful. That was the last time I will visit them. I will never eat there again. Sorry Arbys of Twinsburg, but you lost me.????
Went there on a Saturday at lunch time. Literally not a single table available for our family. They were all taken by empty chess boards. When I asked for someone to go ask the owners of the chess boards to vacate ONE table for us to sit down and eat, they told us no. That if a chess board is there, it's not for customers but for a chess tournament that is there every Saturday. No one playing chess had any arbys food and, again, I was requesting they move a chess board that no one was playing on. We left without eating.
Edit: I filled out the complaint forms that they offered below before they even responded to my post (which makes it clear that they don't read their own complaint line). It would only let me submit if I gave them my FULL name, full home address, email address, and cell phone. No Way! Why does a company require that much info about me?!? I live here, but I almost always go to another Arby's because this isn't the first time I've been treated "less than" here. I will not make this mistake again. Macedonia or Solon aren't too far and they have never treated me so poorly.
I wouldn't even give one star. I showed up at 11:23pm (lunch hour) to messages hand written on the windows and the drive thru being an obstacle course. The lady at the window was rude and wouldn't take my order saying the drive thru was also down. So the lobby and the drive thru were down and you can't take a order at the pickup window? Very unprofessional and unorganized
My 74 year old husband coming from his first doctor appt of the day, on his way to his second, was using the drive thru today when his car stopped and wouldn’t start. The manager quickly pointed out that he “had to move, he was holding up her business!!!” He said he understood and he would try to push it out of the way. He asked if she knew of a towing company nearby. “No! I drive here from Parma”. Luckily the customer behind my husband’s car helped him move the car out of the way, “thank you to this man by the way”. I’m happy there are still a few understanding people who try to help others.
And as far as his lunch, he said the chicken sandwich had gristle and was so tuff he couldn’t eat it. He had to throw it out.
I came in the store thinking it would be quicker than going thru the drive thru. It was a mistake. I ordered 6 sandwiches and 20 minutes later, they haven't made my sandwich even though the drive thru keep getting their food. If I ever go there again, I would go to the drive thru instead of going inside.
Arby's have the best french fries,( crinkle cut) among all the fast food restaurants.
