I was drawn to the vegan-friendly curly fries, a reliable deep-fried vegan option across the country that promised both flavor and conscience. I like to indulge in this delectable treat from time to time.
In every aspect, from the warm welcome to the swift service, this establishment radiates a fast-food convenience. It is a beacon of vegan french-fry option highway exit convenience.
I was taking some Thai co-workers to the Atlanta International Airport to go home. On the way back we had to refill the rental car's ???? gas tank & next door was this Arby's. They asked, "where can we get lunch"? I pointed to the Arby's because it would be quick & delicious. They had never eaten at an Arby's & all 5 said it was very good. I had my 2 roast beef sandwiches 3 of them joined me but had 1 with double meat & the other 2 ordered the chicken sandwich all with curly fries & a drink. They were happy ???? as was I
First off there needs to be a customer service class/coaching ya don’t know how to talk to paying customers! The quality and presentation was just terrible these wraps need to be on the dollar menu. How you cut the wrap and not see the chicken was not properly in between the half cut wrap. Cheese cold, chicken itself cold just know I’ll be requesting a refund!
Waited out front, and the employees had a great conversation, and finally, someone came out. Wait 25 minutes or more for our food. Once received, order fries were cold, and I asked for hot fries and asked if I was walking. Why should that have made a difference. I like hot food and I do have a car and was driving. Will not be going back.
Drive through lady asked me if I would lije the happy hour prices in my fries and shake! What fast food joint has a happy hour! That was nice as I had no idea! Anyway, I order the cheeseburger as well. My burger was great! A perfect MW, just enough pink in the burger. I actually really enjoyed it!! I saw on a previous review where the costumer didn’t like that it wasn’t well ruined. Maybe since they are cooked to order you should ask how they would like their beef cooked. Mine, the way it was cooked was perfect. Fries were hot and my shake (also at happy hour prices 2-5pm) was really yummy.
Food came out fast too. This visit I will say was an A++
I went to order my food tonight and some young guy was rude in explaining to me that there wasn’t any bacon for the turkey sandwich. When I specifically said I didn’t want any turkey. This happened 10/26/24 and whoever was on shift this night and is a male should be fired. I just drove off cause I was being cursed out by him. Never coming back again.

Fish sandwich hard way too much tarter sauce fries cold hard like day old fries just despicable... Dirty grease and too long hold times is the only way this happens so much salt, I'm not even sure the quality of my blood after this horrible horrible bag of trash y'all should really be ashamed.
Ordered the bacon ranch burger meal NO PICKLES and NO TOMATOES…got home it was pink inside, no bacon and no cheese on it…order was all messed up….took it back she said that’s how it comes….I said can i get it well done….she made it well done but instead of making my whole order fresh….she gave me back the same fries which was cold of course smh….if people don’t like their job quit go find you another one….but don’t take it out on customers….I won’t be returning….Arby’s screen your employees better please….because this location here is not it….I wouldn’t recommend….I shouldn’t have to say make my whole order fresh please….it’s common sense…so now I have a fresh burger and cold fries and the 2 cheese cups I ordered are cold…guess I’ll microwave it huh smh….BTW THEY STILLL MADE MY BURGER WRONGGGG…they put pickles and tomatoes on there and the bottom bun was warm top bun was cold
