I really like the French dip. That sandwich is the best, and the au juice (lol) ???? is yum yum yum! One thing that is annoying is if I order curly fries, I get 5 curley fries, and the rest of my serving are just 3" and smaller pieces. Kinda a bummer. And we have tried over and over to get a turnover, and they never have them. Take them off the menu. It's just an annoying tease.

We ate there again tonight, and when we entered the restaurant, it was painfully evident they had burned something. It smelled like burned, and the restaurant was filled with smoke. I asked the fellow on the other side of the counter if everything was okay, and he must have been the guy that burned whatever cause he just smirked at me and turned and walked away. We ordered and went to sit down, and we were pleased our dinner was quickly ready. We opened our sandwiches and I reached for a fry. And popped in in my mouth. Couldn't chew it. It was so hard that I had to spit it out. So I took the tray back to the counter and told the fellow, sweeping the floor, which was too hard to eat. He took my tray, scooped me a new box, and I sat down. These weren't too much better, but I did try. Bummer. Does anyone else have a problem with the short azz fries that are mostly what you get when you order curly fries? We have to remember to order crinkle fries next time.
The curly fries had been sitting there for a not so hot minute.... They were not fresh at all and super hard. Not very good, the beef and cheddar was fantastic though. I would just like some decent fries with my sandwich. I went through the drive-thru. Staff was pleasant and respectful.
This is the best Arby's in the entire state. The quality of food and customer service are outstanding. The food quality is consistently good. I love the coupon books they give out. And the workers at this restaurant are truly exceptional. The Boise Arby's put me off of Arby's for a long time. I'm now in love with this location.
The Buffalo chicken wrap here was terrible. There was so much ranch and sauce on it, I needed a fork. Then just threw it away. Couldn't even eat it. All sauce with 4 pieces of chicken. Might as well be a sauce wrap. ???? Definitely not worth 7 bucks or whatever it is.
Love Arby's, but this location was the worst I've been to. The food was fine, but the restaurant was gross. Floor was sticky all over (including the bathroom), and the restaurant was smokey inside.
The food is always good. I have had an issue with a cashier there everytime I go through the drive thru I do a pickup order. She's been very short and rude everytime I go. I finally found out why. The last time I came through she was short and rude again. I pulled up to the window and she said I should go in the restaurant to grab pickup orders not the drive thru. I've never had this issue anywhere else. I don't see the issue with me ordering ahead of time and making it easier for you guys to prepare the food and having you just hand me a bag. Instead she would rather me order at thw window and take up more of everyone's time? I'm on a timed lunch break and it's faster for me to pull up to the window. Like I said only fast food restaurant I am being criticized for doing this??
My experience here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The problem is that the quality of service is very inconsistent. At times, I get my orders very fast, whether I’m doing Doordash or getting something for myself, but other times it can be very slow. One thing I would like to comment on is that the milkshakes here are a bit overpriced for the quality of them. I got a chocolate shake here and it tasted about the same as one from McDonald’s, but it was more expensive. Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but if you have a bad experience, don’t be shocked.
My husband and I wanted something different for dinner, so I downloaded the app and ordered our dinner. I just wish they gave you the option to get your order thru the drive-thru and not have to go inside.
