How hard is it to get an order right???
Ordered Roast Beef got the Greek. Again!!
When trying to fix the order, the server was very rude and short. They just renovated this restaurant but the service is still awful. And really why even put a tomato on if it looks like this.
Went through the drive thru. The service was good. But the two classics were lacking in meat, it was dry and Luke warm. The curly fries were cold and the last of the batch obviously cuz it was all the broken small pieces. And I got HALF of my milkshake. They filled half the cup with milkshake and tried to fill the rest of cup up with whipped cream to make it look fuller. NOT IMPRESSED.
Great sandwiches however, the sauce is often only on half of the sandwich. Would be nice if it was all over the sandwich. Love the crispy chicken sandwiches. Excellent!
Came through the drive thru and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and got the thing saturated in sauce. I was very unhappy about it, as it is hard for us to get food as it is. Would bot recommend this store
I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks. I got home and no marinara sauce. I was ticked. That should be an automatic. I know people make mistakes but still very irritating.
The employees were awesome.
I was even joking with them about Arby's wonderful and Amazing Horsy Sauce.
The fish sandwich was delicious and my fries were delicious dipped in my Horsy Sauce.
I got the 2 for 7$ special with the beef and cheddar, and fish and cheddar. Both sandwiches delivered in flavor. Fries on point as well. Long live Arby's Horsey Sauce!
Didn't get our order right at all asked for a strawberry lemonade she was extremely rude and said that they dont have it when there was advertisement for it didn't get both sandwiches that i paid for get back home my boyfriend starts to eat his sandwich and they didnt even get it right worst service i have ever had
