I am a former employee of Arby's in Jacksonville & I frequently visit Arby's in various locations & typically love it. Arby's is my favorite restaurant because I typically feel comfortable there I'm transgender fluid now ⚧️Typically I'm feminine & I experience a lot of hatred and prejudice & discrimination. I was in the Arby's at this location listed above 13696 Beach Boulevard the other day I had just spent money ???? on food for me & a new friend. Every time I'm in there I always buy something. Typically if I'm there for a long period of time charging my devices I will buy numerous items throughout the night. I live in a camper van that is currently down I'm in the process of fixing it & moving to St Augustine. So I don't have power in my camper van, I have to come & charge my devices so that I can work. I'm an investor & A/V Producer, Musician, etc. I work online I learn things and I typically feel comfortable and relaxed in Arby's. I was in Arby's the other day with another man I met in Target. He had his bike & we walked over and I had a cart from Target with some items in it that I had purchased. ???? ???? I came over with a new friend offering to help fix my van & I offered to buy him lunch. He works at a local Winn-Dixie well the manager Misti came and was extremely rude told us that we had to move the target cart ???????? then when I pushed the Target cart away from the store she kicked us out! I'm here often & the employees are nice. I had just spent money there I spend money there almost every single day. She was rude, insulting & obnoxious. We were just about to leave anyway. ✌????
Got the 2 for $5 FISH at this location today! Got one original, the other cajun. Both were delicious!
The restaraunt was clean, tidy, employees were friendly, very efficient, yet nobody seemed rushed nor overwhelmed. The food was up and ready in no time and neatly prepared.
This was that simple drop-in lunch I look for regularly but can rarely find. Everything just seemed so smooth! Thanks, Arby's!
Edit:. 3 years later and this same place is now the pits. Horrible presentation of food, rude manager, and lukewarm at best. How unfortunate.
the cashier was very rude from the time we walked in the door and stayed that way throughout the whole process. they said the didn't have any tea because they had no tea machine. as we asked for lemonade she ignored us and just kept walking back and forth talking to others. then she apologized to a man that had just walked in the door but acted like I did not even exist. I was very dissatisfied with the service I got. I was there at lunch on Monday between 12 - 12:30 and the restaurant was not busy for me to be treated as I was.
The Staff was Fantastic, Awesome customer service post at the counter and in the galley / kitchen area!!! Good people, employees, are hard to come by take care of them if you want to keep them. Customer service can make or break a business.
The king Hawaiian turkey bacon sandwich I ordered comes warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese and heat up the cold turkey, they didn’t even bother heating it up, it was ice cold. My mozzarella sticks were cold and missing the marinara sauce, my jalapeño bites were cold and missing the bronco berry sauce. I’ve never been so disappointed by Arby’s, I rarely ever go anymore, but it was my first job many years ago so it’s sad to see the lack of pride or care they had in making my food. Won’t be back sadly.
I must confess I had never been to an Arby’s until 3/14/2024. It was a must do meal for my husband. It was sooooo good. Arrived late and only drive thru open so unable to comment on atmosphere. Got the roast beef dip. Did I mention food was sooooo good?!
We just walked in. One man was asking for his money back. The other man said he had been there 26 minutes. We stood there for about 4 to 5 minutes waiting to even be addressed. The man in front of us also asked for a refund. The girl at the register was scratching her ear and side of her face. 5 clueless people who have no clue what they are doing. Obviously no manager there. We just walked out
Absolutely pathethic customer service. Arbys has always been my favorite fast food but the help is really lacking. We are at Freddy's hamburgers a few doors down. I would advise arbys just to shut the doors at that location. Youare losing a lot of business!
