The food was good too.
I must say, Ms. Lo've is simple a sweet & good woman.
Went through drive thru on 5/22/24 and mistakenly left my CC.
I drove next door to Harbor Freight and she ran over and handed me my card!
That, ladies & gentlemen, is what I call superb customer service.
Lo've @ Niles Arby's should be commended and rlfurrher rewarded for her care!
The regular roast beef was also amazing!! (Love that horsey sauce!)
One of the better ones in the city. Too bad they got rid of potato cakes. They were the best. Could take or leave the fries. Usually I don't even eat them but they come with the meal. Too expensive to order a sandwich and drink a la cart.
The Food Definitely Does NOT look like in the commercials. We ordered The Fish Sandwich and it was 'Meh' The Employee's were awesome, hence the 4 stars. Cold Fries and Fish Burgers Were 1 star
The ladies working the window and speaker deserve a raise. Some of the nicest people and seem to care if the orders are correct. Best fast food service around here.
Food was good and the employees were friendly. Only issue was the floor was so sticky everywhere made me kinda nervous that the tables were not cleaned like they shouldve been also.
There were three people working here tonight and all of them were hiding somewhere in the back. There were seated customers eating and there were two ( in different parties) of us waiting to be waited on. I yelled for them twice. I had to wait ten minutes for them to come out of hiding. I understand taking breaks but not all together. I wanted an apple pie, he rang it up and the cherry pies I guess were where the apple pies go, so I got a cherry pie.
Great food was nice and hot and ready since they aren't over busy so they can just make food.as it's ordered but not may ppl working there
