We asked for no bacon due to kosher dietary restrictions they seemed rather unapologetic and had given us bacon anyways.
The food was stale to taste and if they wouldn’t have messed up on the bacon it would not be my first choice due to lack of care. The lettuce on the sandwich had green gunk as well.
Terrible i don't even know how they mess up this much but i ordered 2 plain beef’s sandwiches with cheese on them and 2 fries and 2 cups of cheese with them i pull up and was handed a sweet tea 2 sandwiches and 2 fries i go to pull off and notice the 2 cups of cheese is missing i pull back around and mention it and had to pay for the cups of cheese then i pull off going down the road and they didn't have the sandwiches correct i go back for a 3rd time to get the replacement sandwiches and they messed them up as well so i will not be attending Arby's in waverly anymore and if you like your stuff correct then you shouldn't either
Courteous staff, food is always freshly made and attention to detail. I get what I ordered.
Paid $7 for an outdated salad with brown lettuce and 2 ranch DIPPING sauces in place of ranch dressing. It's not the same thing and if you were out of dressing you should mention this. It's a good idea to check the "use by" date on your salads. Threw it straight in the trash.
The food was fresh, and I had to wait a few minutes, but for very fresh food, it was worth it. The service was great, and the atmosphere was clean and great and with a good friend. ????
The food is okay . Almost everytime we go here , it’s mostly cold, they mess up our order, and it’s usually too much of a hassle for the price .
Food is normally very good but today I got cold fish. It should’ve been fresh and not under a heat lamp
It's ok Food but the machines are taking away from young people as it's all computerized except for the person taking your moneee
