Was just trying to make a quick stop for lunch..employees were friendly but after waiting for our food for close to 20 minutes an employee came out to tell us we'd have to wait another 5 or so minutes for the kids' meal chicken nuggets. They ended up giving her chicken tenders instead, which were tiny and hard for her to chew. Our other sandwiches sat on a tray behind the counter while they forgot to make her nuggets in the first place. Everything else was good and the restaurant was clean. We just won't be stopping when we want our food fast.
$$$$ Don't bother.. over 25 for 2 "value meals" just go to a better sit down restaurant. I would recommend The Atwood Dock Marina & Grill just outside dellroy. Great food,great atmosphere,nice friendly staff. And the owners also work there. Overlooks Atwood lake Marina. But if you want to go to a place that is totally empty by all means go to Arby's. $$$$
Went through drive through and ordered a crispy chicken wrap. Every time I’ve gotten a wrap from any Arby’s, it’s neat and they cut it down the middle. This is what I received from this particular Arby’s. Literally folded up like a dirty diaper. Also, I waited in that drive through almost 15 minutes for one meal and no cars were ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have checked the reviews before coming here.
Was there on 5/8/24 at approximately 2:00 PM and the worst experience ever. The counter person that took our order was very friendly. I was getting drinks for myself and my 87 yr old mother, the cups are paper thin and the lids do not fit properly, needless to say one lid popped off and the drink spilled. I cleaned the table and chair off but there was still some on the floor. When they called out our number for our food I informed them that I spilled a drink, apologized several times and she thanked me. Food was horrible.Both my moms and my sandwiches,roast beef and brisket were cold. No one ever came out to take care of the spill, or even put a sign up warning others, it was still there when we left.
Place is filthy. No tables clean. Old food on tables and floors. Sticky drinks all over drink fountain counter. Trash on tables. Dirty latex gloves laying on floor behind service counter. Employee scratching his head with no hair net or gloves and then touching fries. Got our money refunded.
We pulled up to the drive thru and someone took our order. So we pulled to the side window and just kept waiting. Someone finally opened the window to tell us they had stopped taking orders and were closing early because of slow business. So we had to go somewhere else. We always seem to have issues with this particular location.
Stopped by today around 2 on a Thursday. Ordered 2 meals, nothing special. Paid almost 24.00, then waited over 10 min at the drive up window. 4 cars pulled in behind us while we waited. The young lady that took my money was very sweet but waiting that long on a simple order was ridiculous!!!
What a joke today was, stopped to get lunch with my wife. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and I got a another buffalo chicken wrap very spicy wrap just fell apart, wife got one of the new burgers order light sauce for it and it was smothered in sause as well.. disappointed for sure waste of money
