These recent building updates and overall improvements have made Arby's location worth stopping by more often. The quantity and quality of food was great. The cleanliness if the dining area and restroom were exceptional.
Ate there on the 25th.of may. Got a classic combo and French dip combo. The meat was horrible. Had no taste to it. Had hardly no meat on classi and bun kept falling apart. French dip had no taste either and little meat on it. Now for the fries. Salt or what ever you put on them was overloaded. All the kids cared about was closing soon. I had to brush my teeth and gums to get salt taste out my mouth. Will never go back again. One of the worst meals I’ve ever had
Chris was absolutely amazing! His energy absolutely made my day, he kept everyone in line smiling! He was attentive and super kind! The service was fast as well! Huge thank you to Chris!
I ordered a reuben and loaded fries. Got home and a small roast beef sandwich and loaded fries in a bag. Sandwich had a small amount of roast beef on bun. Loaded fries were great. Tried calling 5 times over 3 days. No one answered and you can not leave a voice mail.
I ordered the 4 for $10 roast beef, all the meat was red or pink and undercooked. I showed the manager Pete and he said he would take care of it. Asked him to remake them with roast beef that was cooked thoroughly, so he microwaved them and gave them back. The heavyset girl threw the food across the counter without saying a word, as if it was too much trouble to do their job. The cheese sticks were old and cold and disgusting just like the roast beef was. Save your money and make the drive to Candlers Mountain Road, excellent service and their food is cooked to order and actually made correctly. Now on Monday, my 7 year old daughter, has been complaining of stomach pain and got sick and threw up in the middle of the night. Also @Arby's your link doesn't work
I did the drive-thru. I had no condiments in my bag no napkins in my bag and it was if everything was just throwed in the bag.
On 9/22/23 I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone regarding an incorrect order. I was frustrated about the inconvenience but she was very nice and professional about the situation. She stated that her name was Keri and settled things very quickly and satisfactory. She definitely made my day. Such amazing service, I will definitely be ordering again.
It is an Arby's. The bun for my roast beef sandwich was a bit hard and dry.
