Music was way too loud. And there was an Arby’s employee sitting at the booth next to me watching an Arby’s training video on a laptop with no headphones, so I had to listen to to a cacophony of blaring overhead music and the audio from the training video. Not an enjoyable environment or experience.
The service guy here was on point! Loved the care he took to make our meal here wonderful. I even asked his name, but now I forgot what it was ???? I will just have to go again to find out. ????
I don’t eat at Arby’s frequently but enough to be familiar with them. Always enjoy the corned beef, Reuben, and the Greek gyros. This particular Arby’s served me up the best corned beef Ruben I’ve had an Arby’s, at least in my memory. The cashier was welcoming and friendly.
My wife and I went to Arby's on 1/1/24 (Night after New Year's) (around 7:30 pm), we ordered a mocha shake and were treated with respect and fast service.. Thank you!!
This fastfood is good and the service good, the employees are able to take your orders and fullfil it fast and complete. I miss the fish menu
After using the drive through this afternoon, my card showed the classic fraud signs of skimming. Only location visited in a week where I did not actively input my card, Occam’s Razor suggests cautioning future visitors in case it happens to them.
The new location was busy during lunch time. I never saw they old location so busy, but I was usually there in evening. Since it's new, appears clean and fresh. If it's as little easier to get in and out than the prior location, but still awkward for northbound Wadsworth. I had difficulty parking because of the large truck and unloading and the busy lunch hour. Food was good Arby's food with quick courteous service.
Drive through was slow. I ordered a couple of Smoke House Briskets. Felt like I had ordered a cold cut sandwich. Was not appealing.
