I knew this location has been robbing me for months! Classic are suppose to have 3 oz of meat on the sandwich (says online). We got two classic roast beef sandwiches that night. One weighed out to 3oz on the dot and the other at only 1.8oz. I have gotten serval sandwiches lately that have looked like they were half of what is normal. So I finally decided to weigh them. Wont be back. I work hard for money and don't appreciate getting robbed of it.
Asked for fries to be well done. No restaurants understand well done. They always think you want fresh fries. I literally tell them to COOK THE POTATOE OUT OF IT. The crinkle cut fries are the easiest to make that way. Just wish they would cook them, WELL DONE Making them super crispy. I never mind waiting for them to be cooked correctly. The rest of the food was great.
I drove a good distance to eat here and the drive-thru computers were down so I asked if they could ring my order on one of the other computers and just give my food as normal and management told me that they couldn't because its a huge security risk. What!!?? I wasn't feeling good nor was I dressed to come in so I left after my long drive there. Wont return because A+ customer service is most important to me and they lack that.
food was awful. costumer service was not good whatsoever. bryce was taking my order at the window and was very rude, he says to me "are you stupid or something?" when i politely asked him to repeat himself because i couldn't understand what he was saying. i wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, and the managers need to teach their employees some respect.
This place is filthy. There were no clean tables and it looks like the vertical surfaces in their kitchen haven't been wiped down in weeks. Our food was subpar. Barely warm fries, and no napkins. They stripped off a length of brown paper towel and said "this is what we got. We don't have napkins". The manager was not managing anything other than his social life. I will NEVER be back to this Arby's.
Went through the drive-thru got the two for six dollars Arby's sandwiches... Oh wow apparently they look more like juniors beef sandwiches. Don't seem like they give the larger ones for 2 for 6 dollars.
If you want to dine in, make sure you're prepared to clean because the dining room is always dirty. The service is not good here ever. I ordered my son a combo meal, and when I asked where his items were, she said, "Oh, you wanted that and charged me individually for them. When I asked why, she shut the window and got back on her phone. So she spent my money how she felt like spending it. It cost me an extra $3 for his meal. This is just one of many bad things this Arby's does. I always have to check my bags and ask for something they have forgotten. We have had our last bad experience here.
Food service and atmosphere were disgusting. Waited for 20 minutes to order, And I order the biggest burger to appease my hunger. Get the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen. Need smarter workers.cause they were everywhere running into each other. Truly hate this place and will never go back.
