Worst roast beef ever tonight. It looked like dried out cardboard and tasted about the same. This has never happened before. Who's minding the store? FF's were also overcooked. At least the milkshake was good.
Didn't care for this place. I usually like Arby's pretty good, but this place was just disappointing at best. I ordered a Reuben.... it was just not even worth the price or time. The bread was flat and the crust was just old and hard, stale, if I was to guess. The curly fries were extremely cold and were just chunks and crumbs in a box with grease at the bottom. Kind of disgusting..... And thr employees were arguing in back, so it made it hard to relax in the dining room... ????????????
Stood at counter for 10 minutes without getting waited on. Mgr was to busy with the drive thru and barking orders at cook and person suppose to be waiting on the counter having her get his window orders ready. Never even got acknowledged. If you can’t have staff to run the place perhaps you should not have a big sign in the window saying dining room is open. Mgr looked right at me on several occasions and did say a word to me. No rating for food because never got served. Good luck if you go there. Mgr is not very good a managing people or a restaurant
The employees need to either pull their hair up or wear a hair net. Last month I had a hair in my roast beef sandwich. Food is always hot and I'm a local. But until they fix the problem I'm not going back.
The roast beef is awful! Not real beef,more of a gyro texture and dry! Would never purchase food here again! Staff was friendly and Chocolate Milk shake was good.
Food was great, but the place was sticky, dark and the bathroom was so bad that I didn't use it.
My son and I went to eat and had to ask for better chicken you could tell it was sitting they gave us new the. There was there friends or family in the lobby cursing while I was eating with my 11 year old son didn’t appreciate that and the bathrooms were disgusting don’t look like they were cleaned. I been there several times before and it really seems like it’s going downhill. Who the heck is running that place ?
I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY single time I go there they forget something from my order. I ordered online and I went to pick it up and they didn't have it ready. They shoved 5 roast beef sandwich's,
3 fries, and a French dip in ONE bag. They say they gave me a medium drink but it looked like a small when I questioned her about it she said it was medium so I'd hate to see what their small actually looks like. There was a boy there waiting at the counter for ketchup and everyone looked at him but no one wanted to help me and he was waiting like five minutes finally his mom came up and asked for it. This Arby's is a joke.
