Second time in a row where my order was missing items and the regular roast beef sandwiches we bought for two for $6 were actually sliders. Each sandwich had 2 very thin slices of roast beef on large buns.
I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and after taking a few bites I realized that the chicken too hard to bite into. So I pulled the sandwich apart and realized the chicken was not even cooked in middle.
I had this Arbys DEEP FRIED TURKEY W/ Arbys sauce (added myself) another sauce(maybe Mayo or Miracle Whip)lettuce, tomato, BACON, CHEDDAR CHEESE, and some kind of Amazing bun and the rest of the meal which included Curly Fries and a Coca-Cola (or other refreshing drink) .. A Large Meal cost me over the $9 mark but well worth it. That Sandwich on its own REALLY hit the spot . I would give Arbys a 4 star rating because of the price if the sandwich wasn't so darn Delicious .
I just want to let everyone know that as a visitor to Mercyhurst the Arby’s closest to the college is undergoing a remodel and the dining room is closed during this time - use the drive through. I tried and as someone who walked up I was told they can’t accept walk ups after dark. Fine, probably a company policy. Just know that as students who don’t have cars do not go to Arby’s after dark expecting a meal - you won’t be served…
Went through the drive-thru, employee was very pleasant.
I have so much respect for the workers here. They are so pleasant, they work well together. I have been coming every week for awhile, I have seen how they handle problems that arise during rush hour, what professional these workers are. They go above and beyond to recertify if they think you were waiting to long, or to correct if something is wrong. I get the same service if I go through the drive thru too. Awesome workers
I would never recommend this location to anyone. The General manager was rude and not helpful at all. I ate a $20 app order she wouldn't make right even when shown. I was 50 minutes away from home with my 2 young children and she told me I'd have to wait until the order showed up. She also refused to issue me a refund. When I asked for the Arby's number she also refused to give it to me. This franchise owner should be embarrassed to have this woman as their GM.
Food was cold and fly’s flying around us the whole time.
