Arby's on Ohio River boulevard actually surprised me. I thought that I'd go in to order my food and have a long wait just for the cashier to show up.
Not only did I not have a wait, but the cashier was at the register with the quickness and was actually very pleasant.
The wait for the food was not long at all, and the quality of food was exceptional.
Unlike at the golden arches, where if you get there by breakfast, you can order lunch on time, not to mention that you pay a premium for shriveled up food.
You can't beat Arby's for quality, price, and service. I highly recommend eating there.
Like everywhere else, prices have gone up. Still good quality and some coupons are still available. The employees are polite and efficient. Why do the bacons sandwiches never look like the commercials? The place is clean and the service is pretty quick.
Ice machine was empty at fountain drink station. They knew but gave me ice from to go window after I asked. Tables were dirty with crumbs and liquid splatters. All of staff were standing around and not busy at the time while the manager came out to meet young Lady. She searched for clean table and began an interview with an applicant. 5 minutes later interview was done, applicant left and manger returned to kitchen. 5 minutes later I finished my Beef and Cheddar sandwich that didn't have much meat compared to other Arby's across the nation and left with table area still dirty and employees still standing around doing nothing.
Had to try the new nuggets compared to the strips. I found the Nuggets to be a little bit more tender and not as dry as the strips. The crinkle cut fries were pretty good as well but of course the curly fries have more flavor. The regular roast beef is pretty good but that new garlic prime rib was not good it had a lot of gristle to it. The regular roast beef sandwich with lettuce is really good. The turkey sandwich is pretty good now as well
our food was sloppy and we were missing half of it. refused to give us missing food. the food we did have was sloppy or made wrong. got apple turnovers instead of cherry, cheese on sandwhiches was everywhere, ruben wasn’t cut in half. missing mozzarella sticks and big roast beef and more.
The manager Rhonda McKnight road deserves to be recognized for her Outstanding Customer Service.
IHad an issue with another store in the area. The store was unreachable. I decided to contact another store to which I've met Rhonda she made all of my wrongs right with not many questions asked. I myself work for a company where customer service is important. I want to applaud her for her listening while being compassionate and remaining patient and professional.
Your company should be be thankful for such a amazing young lady.
Great customer service is hard to come by anymore in the fast food industry.
She takes pride in he job with your company.

Shes a Gem
The food was cold, fries where barely full, I ordered a large lemonade and I got a small. The older woman with the smokers voices was very rude. If you don't know how to work customer service than find another job. Also she threw my receipt away so I couldn't get a refund or comment on the Arby's survey.
Food is great and the staff was too, it's just so expensive for a drive thru. We spent $37 on one adult, two kids.
