I get that Arby's isn't really known for being glamorous. They're a fast choice with decent food, and you usually just hope for mildly clean bathrooms, an open table, and helpful employees who don't seem annoyed when you order your weight in jalapeno poppers (that apparently aren't called that anymore? Since when?!) and the curly fries you aren't even sure if you like.
But this location seems to be filled with the nicest staff of any I've ever been in! Whatever time I've been in over the years, it just seems like the staff are having a good day and are happy to joke with you while they take your order. I went in a few weeks ago with my best friend and my parents, and it was just a great experience. Helpful staff, a short wait for hot food, clean bathrooms (although as always, I do wish the hand dryer wasn't so dang loud in the echo-y bathroom), and every food was exactly as we expected it to be when we ordered - plus we were given a mountain of sauces by the lovely staff. :)
Whatever they've got going on at this location, I like it! It's always a good experience, and makes me recommend them pretty highly.
Oh, and don't sleep on the roast turkey, ranch, and bacon sandwich. Pretty sure it's the sandwich all sandwiches were created in pursuit of. ???? Subway who?
Went through drive thru tried to order a large curly fry and a cheese curly fry.. the casher basically placed my order for me. Then when I got to window she told me to pull forward. So I did. The car behind me was then told to move forward. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on two damn curly fries. When finally got them they were not even hot . And they said they were fresh that's what took so long. It don't make no sense they were not even busy. Two customers on the inside me and one other in drive through.
The drive threw cashier or cashiers and whoever cooked my food for Monday nights shift are highly unprofessional and I absolutely would not recommend this place if you prefer your order being incorrect, barely warm, lied about fresh fries, refuse to everyone. I plan on contacting corporate not just for that but for the aroma of weed in a work place environment. You don't even deserve a single star but I have to inform people to beware of your carelessness.
I never leave reviews for restaurants or anywhere, but I had the most pleasant experience with your drive-through worker today. She was so amazing she was so nice. She made me feel so good and that’s not even her job but she did. I just really wanted to brag on her I can’t remember her name but I was there on 12/23, 2023 2:50pm
Ordered $80.00 worth of food for my family and only received half of it. Not a big deal walked back in with receipt and showed them the missing items. Was told I was a liar and didn’t care if I ever walked back in the store again. When I asked to speak with someone else the GM Kimberly said she was the boss and no one was the boss above her.
Everyone's food was tasty and well prepared. The restaurant and its Men's restroom was clean. All employees present were respectful, polite, and conducted themselves in a professional manner.
This Arby’s is always clean and has friendly service. The food is prepared with excellent quality and I have never had a problem with a sauce dispenser being empty at the self-serve counter. This location is on the ball. I would recommend it if you were a fan of meet.
New updated post. At 628 pm today I order the beef n cheddar on a reg bun. I love 25 minutes from the store. I get home get ready to eat and no cheese or other sauce on my sandwich. Try to call the store 7 times and never a answer. I'm very disappointed and i may never do business with them again. Can't get food right and can't answer the phone. It's a shame
