Judging from a fast food perspective, I have liked Arby's for several years. I like the meat options. Recently the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT returned, so I guess my cholesterol numbers are going to pop up again. "Extra meat" is always a worthwhile purchase, in my opinion.
For transparency, I now have a relative working at this location, and have heard good things about safety, cleanliness, and quality of the food.
Food was great, surprisingly! Place was very clean and staff was very kind. While there a woman lost her phone and did not know if she left it in store or elsewhere, well staff search high and low for her. And by low I mean they literally were on the floor looking under everything and even in the garbage bins. I would highly recommend this Arby’s.
Loaded max and cheese was wonderful. Not gritty like other places. The chicken club wrap was great and super full of chicken! Five star for me!
The drive thru service took quite some time but not due to other customers. The food was not as good as it normally is. The lady in the window was very polite.
Food was ok took a little long to get get the food due to a few of the workers had definitely been out back smoking some weed they acted like they didn't know if they was coming or going. O e guy stood back there on his phone and let the fryer alert alarm go off he even looked over at it multiple times. Instead of walking over and pulling the basket which had my food in it he just kept doing whatever it was he was doing on his phone. The guy that was working the counter was a older guy he was friendly and working circles around the others...
Ordered through the app. Food was supposed to be ready at 9:25 PM. It is now 9:39 PM and still no food. Also it said on the app that if you sign up you get 25% off your order. We did not receive that either
So frustrated with the ads for brown sugar bacon sandwiches. 3 times now I have ordered and the first one had lots of the brown sugar bacon. But, the last 2 only had a tiny bit of the brown sugar bacon and the rest was plain bacon.
1. Asked about the sandwich they couldn't answer
2. Had to repeat order 3 times
3. Cashier tried to grab my credit card out of my hand after I already scanned it.
4. Saw one of the cooks throw our sandwiches on the warmer
5. Must had burgers pre made because they was cold
6. Must have packaged our fries early because of the was ice cold.
7. Mac and cheese bites burnt dry on the inside and cold.
Spent 26$ on two meals only for my sandwich to have overdone roast beef, a lack of cheese, both fries were only half full and consisted of what looked like crumbs, I ordered a dr pepper and got a coke, couldn’t hear the lady taking our order, but the milkshakes were pretty good.
