My wife and I stopped for lunch yesterday. Interior of building was dirty and nasty. Men’s bathroom floor was covered with urine below urinal. Floor was sticky all the way thru to order area. Wife said women’s restroom wasn’t any better. The food was fine, no complaints there. The place was basically empty other than diners at one other table. Such a nice building that is totally being neglected from a sanitation standpoint
Stopped to grab a bite to eat at dinner time, let’s just say that I had a bun for dinner. There absolutely was only 4 small slices of roast beef. Didn’t even cover the bottom of the bun. If you want your moneys worth don’t stop here.
My server, I wish I could remember his name, was cheerful, and helpful. He took my name for my order, and when I was leaving, he told me to have a great day, larry! He remembered it! This was by far, my best experience at an Arby’s, and was better than a lot of higher end restaurants I go to, even regularly!
My wife and I love Arby's but when we visited last we were disappointed.
My wife wanted to try the fish sandwich and when she told the girl working she pointed up and behind her and said to my wife, What number is it, I can't see the board. My wife explained that it wasn't numbered like the other meals. The girl then say she can't find it on the register, she made no attempt to get help and my wife was forced to order something different.
2 for $7 sounds good until you get home and it's 1 for $7. I usually check but of course the one time I didn't. Was supposed to send me something through the mail but I've yet see anything..
The food was cold were missing items and it took forever to wait for the food and yet we were still missing items! This is the 3rd time this has happened at this same store!
#2 double meal deal..... great option when you don't want to cook.
Ask for Arby's sauce as they won't give it to you unless you ask
Food is never to order rarely do they make special order correctly
