this location was on point with service, friendliness and speed. The one we use to go to (West broad in the bottoms) lacked in all these ways past several months. Had kinda lost hope until we stopped here. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. Our order was taken promptly, accurately, and we also received our food the same way. Food was hot and fresh.
Will most definitely drive the extra bit to bypass the other one and stop in here
Well, let's just say that it took an extra thirty minutes to eat our lunch when there was nobody in the restaurant.
1)We stood at the front counter for fifteen minutes.
2) Then, We were told by an employee that she would help us, but she couldn't clock in for another four minutes.
3) In the meantime, 2 people had problems with their orders and we're not happy.
While we were standing there.
4) Instead of solving the problems with the upset customers, they argued about instead of just replacing the order And making it right to satisfy the customer.
5) Finally received our orders and two of the three orders were wrong.
6) by the time we got our food it was cold
7) Wanted additional sauce for sandwich and stood at the counter for 5 minutes Waiting to be acknowledged while people behind the counter Obviously saw me but ignored me.
Other than that everything was fine. Lol
Tried to place an order via the drive-thru tonight around 9:30. They were out of roast beef... How does RB's, which literally stands for roast beef, run out of their namesake?
On W. Broad St. By giant eagle is the best one on this side of town. I don't recommend the Georgesville Rd location. It's Never fresh. This location is starting to get bad. I ordered roast beef sandwiches of course and they don't have enough roast beef on them. What's the point of paying all that money for half a sandwich.
Took forever to get my order. Why do fast food restaurants take payment and then tell you that it'll be a while until food is ready? I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked. Then I received a hot sandwich with cold fries.
The lady that took my drive thru order was very friendly and professional. Great job. Good roast beef sandwich. Good crinkle cut fries. Yum
Late night Arby's doesn't like us. Lol, seriously got the two for $6 9 nugget bites and beef n cheddar. Take a look below. Wish I would have gotten a pic of my husband's Buffalo chicken slider cause he said it was just bread from the chicken no meat. Not the best service tonight.
The food was awesome but the staff were unwilling to do their job. Very poor service and they do not honor an order placed on their own app with proof of payment. Staff unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. Would not recommend this location.
