The employee Seth did a fantastic job. He helped us figure out the best way to order our food as combos to help us save money! He's polite and very professional. Food order was all correct and taste great!
The staff at this location provide good customer service. They are attentive to the lobby keeping it clean. The food, my wife and I got double meat roast beef sandwiches. All I have to say about the serving is WOW! The sandwiches were delicious ????! The buns were fresh. If you are in the mood for a good roast beef sandwich, I highly recommend this location. As the saying g goes for Arby's, "We have the meats!" The picture of my sandwich below attests to this statement.
I have been sitting here for 25 mins now in the parking lot. They have 6 vehicles pulled waiting on food. At the 20 min mark my wife went in to ask they said they are sorry they gave our food to someone else, they have no urgency to remedy the problem. In fact while she was inside the drive thru worker came out to give me someone else's food I had to tell him it was the wrong order... this is b.s. I will not be coming back to this location they should not be allowed to just pull every car to protect thier drive thru time
Great customer service, great food and they are fast. Everything was super! Management seems to be wonderful here. One of the best Arby's I have eaten at. I hope they continue to be this good.
At 8:30pm they are out of roast beef. I ordered online & now have to figure out how to get a refund.
Staff was polite & smiled at u win they gretd u. Win take my order the cashier made eye contact & spoke clearly ~ also made sure 2 repeat order 2 make sure she heard properly. Roast beef sandwiches were awesome!!! They were also put 2gathr well & looks pretty not sloppy & rushd!!
The Choctaw location has one of the hardest working crews I've ever met. They are in such great spirits as well. It's 7/18 at 6:55pm. This specific crew went WAY above and beyond for all the drive through customers... including running back and forth 4 times for one lady who was being particular. Bravo! I'm definitely coming back to this one.
It's Arby's. What more can you say? The food is mediocre at best and over priced. The "wagu" burger is 51% wagu and 49% other beef. It's over cooked and has too much dressing.
