My experience at this location can be summed up by saying: the food was as cold as the service. I wouldn't mind spending almost 20 dollars for just a reuben sandwich, fries, and a shake cause I am very confident that Arby's delivers and got the "meats," but this time the service and food fell short. A comma was placed for my name, (I came into the lobby instead of drive thru and i guess my name didn't matter) and my food was tossed and left on the counter as a second thought even though I stood awaiting patently.
My sandwich was not a normal Arby’s sandwich the roast beef was very cold and the bun was burnt. I asked for curly fries it was a mixture of Curley and crinkle with more crinkle
The fries are hard as a brick.. almost broke a tooth.
Update I went back figured I'd give them another chance. Boy was I wrong, I order a double bnc and a reg jamoca shake. Instead I get a classic bnc and a regular vanilla shake. I give up.. this place is a joke. And these sorry fast food employees except to get paid 15 or 20 dollars an hour, they can't even get an order right. I say replace them all with robots then I might come back.
Riddle....Why does Arby's commercials say we have the meat? Cause they don't put it on that sandwhiched. It's still in the store. Just got the new brown sugar bacon sandwich. I kind you not it was loaded with thin no sugar less than a quarter inch pieces of bacon. Pitiful. Will not be returning
Pregnancy cravings led me to want a milkshake twice over the past month. I work around the corner and visited on 2 different occasions, both times I was told their machine is down. The visits were 2 weeks apart. My baby is satisfied tho cause I went next door to Hardee's. Thankful for so many options in the area ????
I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks they were barely warm. They must’ve been sitting in their warmer for at least an hour or so. Also ordered chicken tenders. They were hard as a rock and cold. The service was fair, needs work on customer service attitude. This store needs much improvement. I have been to other Arby’s that have been excellent but not this one.
At Arby's, I ordered a fish sandwich meal with fries and a shake. It all tasted better than I expected. I will be going to Arby's more often than some of the places I usually go.
I ordered thru drivethru a combo and an extra order of crinkle fries. I got my roast beef and shake and 1 container of fries that was completely a fry ordered. I got some mixed up cold fries. Can see pics below . I waited for woman in drive thru to acknowledge me to correct this. She walked back and forth to computer screen but never brought the correct fries. She had already thrown the arby's sauce in bag with attitude
I waited for 5 min for her to correct order. She did not. I got tired of waiting and holding the line up for others. I will not go back thru drivethru there at River City. I left. Times are hard but you should make sure your customers that pay for your salary are happy with their order. I even tried to call back to the restaurant and no one answered. The phone rang at least 20 rings without an answering machine either. Very poor customer service.
