Went through the drive through with my buddy giving a fairly complex order. Much to our surprise they understood everything crystal clear and made sure to get everything correct! Both the person taking the order and at the window were super nice.
Food came out quick and was hot. Oh my goodness are these loaded fries amazing!! Can't beat the meat at this one!! Thanks for the friendly service and great food!
The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. I tried the fish sandwich and would eat it again. Otherwise I normally get the roast beef, no nasty cheese sauce. Don't forget to get a shake!!
The service was very talkie and loud like I was trying to get food. I had a soda, curly fries and a buffalo burger
Every table was dirty, dining area needed to be swept. Chicken was dry. No fall caramel shake like last year
Food was great, staff was friendly, but my family did not enjoy the working staff members screaming super loud in a nearly empty lobby to a coworker that was not working that day (just goofing around). I get it, but the staff lacked professionalism at the moment.
I went there because I wanted a chocolate shake with my after work meal. Said it "isnt working" and "they're waiting on a new one". Really ironic considering that theres a McDonalds across the street where I could have probably gotten a shake even though they are the ones with the stereotype of broken ice cream machines. Cmon guys. Is it really that hard to get the order I want these days?
Poor customer service skills, No thank you or even have a nice night when leaving. Fries half full. No straws, sauces, napkins given with order even after asking if we wanted them. First time going back in years and can wait years to go again.
