Stopped here on Wednesday afternoon.
There was only 1 vehicle in the drivethru.
I decided to go inside. Service was quick and pleasant.
The brisket sandwich was good. The fries were meh.
My wife had the beef & curley fries- both were good.
$22 for two meals.
Talk about AMAZING customer service. The employee Kristina was very helpful & patient. The amount of rude customers coming into this establishment is unbelievable. How she handled situations should definitely be recognized. Thank you Arbys for making it a great experience! Will definitely recommend!
The cashier, Skip, was great! The rest of the experience was pretty bad. The portion sizes were small. We didn’t get our fries originally, had to go back to get them. Never got our kid drink. The food taste was good. Drive thru was super busy, so we even went inside.
Food is always good here and hot it usually comes out in a very great timely fashion..The work crew is always helpful and nice. Thanks Arby's.
I love Arby’s roast beef. Today I wanted to try the fish sandwich and boy was it good. The fish was fried crispy and the tartar sauce was delicious and the sauce makes is important part of the sandwich. I will be back for more.
Very clean facility. Management (Christine) was very nice. Very helpful and answered my questions about the Apple Pecan Salad sandwiches. The Fish Sandwich is delicious though.
Staff and management alike here do not care. Stood waiting for 20 minutes on an order... manager stood and did nothing to help. I understand they had call outs that night but no one had any other speed than SLOW. I will not spend my $$$ here no matter how much I used to love their food.
They were quite busy which is a good thing but the condiment machines were empty. Can't forget about little things like that. It all goes into making a good fast food restaurant
