Overall an okay location. Food was decent and the positive is, it was prepared quickly. Staff was courteous and quick to assist with the order. I received the food while it was still hot and the order was fulfilled without a mistake. The outside could use a little tidying up. I would definitely return to eat here again.
A good Arby's experience. The restaurant was a bit dirty inside, but the staff was friendly and I received my food quickly. I ordered online (first time ever at Arby's) and the app wasn't very good, but my order did go through. The food tasted good, and the crinkle fries we cooked nice and crispy, but didn't have enough salt on them.
For whatever reason, Arby's doesn't quite get the recognition that other fast food restaurants receive, but I feel they've done a good job of improving themselves over the last decade or so. Their Pottstown location represents that well with friendly and quick service, fresh and warm food and clean facilities. Food is also easy to order in person or on the app, which also features plenty of discounts when ordering online.
So I went into this Arby's today and the woman was very rude, like I was bothering her. Plus she couldn't get my order right and didn't understand that I wanted to eat in. After I ordered my food I went and got my drink. When I came back to the counter to wait for my food. This guy came in with a gray dirty winter hat on. It was 70° outside and jumped in front of me at the waiting area. Then a girl behind the counter came over and said something to him, she had the same kind of hat. She then came back with a big sandwich and handed it to him. I don't remember seeing him pay for it. The 2 seconds later another guy came and the same thing happened. I believe everyone needs help every so often, I just want to know how you get on the list of free food here. The manager was not even in the picture or he would know what's happening at his store. I received my food and sat down to eat, the 1st guy sat near me and I had to move due to the odor coming from him. I will never go back to this Arby's ever again, I will mention to the hungry people of Pottstown to come here for free food.
Food is good. Staff never gets my order wrong. Just wish it didn't cost $10 for one meal. Best time to go is when u have coupons!!

You’re supposed to Ring the Bell , if your food was delicious and satisfying, on the way out. What a joke.
I had never ever been to Arby’s before, but for a 1st time experience, Im definitely coming back to this specific Arby’s. Yes the food was great but whats definitely bringing us back to this location is because the employee name Latisha delivered me and my husband ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE. She was polite, patient, efficient, smiled under her mask, offered us a meal & the most happiest person I’ve ever met. Well Done Latisha!!!! She deserves a raise!!! ????????????????????
Pretty good for an Arby's. I've been here a few times in the last 10 years and it's always been good. I've usually eaten inside and I'm glad they actually have indoor seating still with covid. Have good selection of diet soda. Never had a problem with the food or service. Clean bathroom
