So today I stopped by the Arby's in Socastee. I ordered from the drive thru. My order was for one double beef and cheese, one regular beef and cheese, one large crinkle cut fry and one large curly fry. Paid $22. Got home and was absolutely disappointed with my order. No Arby's white sauce like a requested. The fries were about half full and barely warm enough to eat, had to microwave them up. The double beef and cheese had little to no cheese on it. I live 4 miles from them, so I wasn't going to drive back and waste my gas. I just won't eat their food again. The fast food industry is a joke. And they want to pay the workers $20 hour, and you can't get a simple order correct or appealing to eat. Arby's was one of the better fast food places to eat. Not anymore.
Went to the drive thru at this location, waited for a while at the speaker which is no big deal. Ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal, paid and got my food only to get home and and have a sandwich full of rotten lettuce. I ended up just throwing out the entire meal. I know it’s fast food and you try to serve the customers in a timely manner but you can tell lettuce is rotten pretty easily. It seems like it’s just kids in this store so care isn’t put into serving paying customers.
The service at this particular Arbys is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and seem to genuinely care about the customers. This was my first time here, and it was an overall great experience
This review is for the new Arby’s that opened today near Carolina Forest, but they are not listed yet. I hope you both have the same general manager to review these comments. My order was wrong, did not get any sauce with chicken nuggets, my sandwich was ice cold as I waited to get home and warm it back up, and they did not have any Grand Opening deals. Not so great for $16. Such a sad and disappointing experience. There was no survey to complete on the receipt, which is awful if they want to know how they are doing. Oh well, I guess this is the low standards our society is coming to. I won’t waste my time to return. Do better Arby’s.
Most underrated Fast Food restaurant hands down!! I’ve never had a bad meal there. And the Greek gyro is spot on. Can’t say the same for McDonald’s or Taco Bell…
Normal Arbys right by where I was staying. Odered a french dip, curly fries and drink. Order took a little time, but I didn't mind the wait as they dropped fresh fries for my order! Love me some curly fries, but they have got to be hot and fresh as they seem to age poorly IMO. Would for sure to go back as it was yummy.
The manager Jamie is by far the most personable and attentive manager I've seen ..

They've always been great at this location. Nice friendly people, clean, rarely makes mistakes and if they do, it's corrected promptly! This is the only location I go to! The other stores just don't compare!
