I can see why doesn't do well. I ordered online, the special buy one, get one. I got the brisket combo and the chicken sandwich with no bun, and nuggets. This is what I got...(see pics). I gave 2 stars for the checkout agent that had a better attitude than the "Manager". Don't bother coming here unless you want to pay a bunch of money for substandard food. Go home and cook!!
Their quality has gone down hard. But their prices went up. The fish sandwich was good, but the roast beef was barely edible. Staff was nice though.
And their hours? 8pm lobby hours?! You're open till 12am. Cutting your hours means I can't go there after work now. You want to be cheap, cool. You'll do it without my business. I have to drive 15 minutes just to get to you. Not worth it anymore.

Staff extremely rude, abrupt and unfriendly after I informed that deal was 2 for 6.
Employee nose ring was crusted, appearance seemed dirty and nasty.
Called corporate spoke to Ashley who sounded like her cat passed away, spoke to manager Michelle who apologized but still situation was unresolved.

First of all the dining room is dirtier than an airport hotel room. 2nd if you're Caucasian don't go here. The all African American work crew doesn't seem to appreciate business from Caucasian people and treats them as such. I placed a mobil order, and apparently telling them not only my first name and exact order description was not good enough proof that i was a paying customer. Even after they demanded to know my last name was not good enough, the manager then demanded to see my phone and proof of purchase via the app as a 3rd confirmation to prove i paid for my order. 3rd the food is thrown together as if they don't care about the appearance of what they serve. I ordered a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich and is was far from 1/2lb and the cheddar was just dumped in the side of the sandwich box. I recommend nobody eat here. If you want to spend $15 on a meal go across the street to Jazzys BBQ.
I was there today, 2/8/24. Went threw the drive through. Waited almost 12 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Asked me to pull up and wait. Employee finally came out with my food. There was 10 ketchup packets in the bag, I didn't ask for ketchup, I asked her if there was Arby's sauce and horsey sauce, I told her I asked for the sauce, she walked back in and I overheard her say ( don't we have an attitude) and I said no you have an attitude. Manager needs to straighten her out. Didn't catch her name. Never going back there. I'm sure other people have had the same experience. Find another Arby's Please.
After avoiding Arby's for years, I returned with high hopes, anticipation and gaurded expectations for the new, limited time only Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. I had the burger, fries and shake. The burger was terrible because the patty was old, overcooked and dried out. The fries were cold and I did not care for the shake. All available tables were dirty, the floors were filthy and the area for drinks and condiments was unkept. With 4 employees present, I'm guessing cleanliness is not a priority. I got their burger sauce on the side and opted not to use it. This must be a business nightmare for the national chain, spending ad money and trying hard to bring new customers in and this is what you get. I see no reason to return. The one bright spot was the cheerful, upbeat and accomodating young man behind the counter.
Deplorable. Fish sandwich was horrific. Fries were old. Never again. Especially when the employees were hitting on my date instead of cooking the now nasty food. Don't waste your money here. Close this location and put a different restaurant here. Bye forever.
Ordered brisket and I wasn't pleased. Staff that took order she was very nice. I ate meal inside ???? the restaurant needs to wiped down and someone need to sweep, the floor is extremely sticky ????. Overall I wasn't pleased. Get it together management!!!!
