I had a great experience here today. The food tasted fresh. It was prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean. There wasn't a wait. Overall, this restaurant is worth trying.
Took them 15 minutes just to get me my meal
Everyone after me got served before me. My sandwich was cold the fries took way to long to cook. I won't deny some will like this place but I'm not going there anymore
3:30 in the afternoon. Nobody else in line ordered the new burger, it's okay. Bought it in a meal so almost $15.00. Fries were old and cold. Gentlemen at the window told me at least a 4 minute wait. It's been 7 minutes so far.
I don't have to eat here Arbys. I'm looking at a McDonald's across the street while waiting. Taco bell, Carl's Jr. Chick fil a, sonic, Finally got the fries. Guy who handed them to me was not happy. No sorry etc. Just handed them to me.
Didn't get napkins it bag.
I guess My expectations are too high.
Just came in for a pickup, but they were the most chillest and cool people. Really nice guy there, didn't get his name, was transparent about some changes to my order they had to make. Super happy about being told about it before finding out on my own. Great service all around.
They single handedly managed to skip an item we ordered, switch out another for something we didn't ask for, and burn the buns on our sandwiches. The whole time we got dirty looks from the lady at the drive through window. Can't say I'm impressed at all.
I get sick every time I have Arby's. Idk why. Curly fries are good though
Minus ten stars..... This is THE worst Arby's location in Utah. I keep giving them a chance and EVERY time they disappoint. They skimp on the meat one time or they give very little sauce the next. And they ALWAYS smash the sandwich like they are trying to cram it into a too small box when there is plenty of room. This was the last chance. Never again. This time I ordered a Smoke Mountain sandwich and got nothing like the sandwich I get at other locations. I watched the guy make my sandwich through the drive through. I thought he was making someone else's sandwich by the little bit of meat he put on but was surprised when he handed it to me. I felt like tossing it back in his face and telling him to make me a sandwich worth handing over to his manager, but realized it's probably the managers fault for the way they make the food. Then I get home and realize he didn't even put the onions on the sandwich. I just will not return, ever. Desperately needs a visit from corporate.
For MONTHS your lobby has been closed. Finally I see your sign that reads “we are open” and decided to try. Yet I entered the lobby at 6:24 on a Monday and was told they were closed. When are they NOT closed? You must not want business. Honestly, just shut your doors permanently if you can’t stay open. NEVER had this issue with other Arby’s locations. Such poor service.
Also note: you are literally the ONLY fast food place that is still using the pandemic as an excuse for poor hours and poor service. No other chain is still having issues. Only Arby’s and particularly this location.
