I pulled up yesterday evening around 5:55 (5 minutes prior to my mobile order pick up time just to be told that the order had just popped up
on their screen.
Okay, no big deal. I pull up and proceed to wait at least 10 minutes for my family’s order just to get home and realize they gave us several old, inedible items.
I tried calling and I believe someone picked up and didn’t say a word. Or there was issues with their phone line.
They ruined our dinner this evening. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for handing out the food they gave us!
Also please don’t order their “regular” sized fresh flavored lemonades. The regular is more like a small and at $2.69 I feel very ripped off!
I had to use the restroom before I order my food. So happy I did. The restroom was so disgusting hasn’t been clean in a long time. I decided not to order any food. If the bathrooms were this bad I couldn’t imagine the food. Really disappointed.
I commented on my experience through the Arby's feedback section. Their reply didn't want details but sure wanted to fix things with a free sandwich. Wow.
They offered the option of being contacted by an Arby's team member if this wasn't acceptable. It wasn't adequate in my estimation & so I told them I wanted to speak to someone. I still haven't heard from anyone a week later.
Service was poor. The woman at the drive thru was rude. She took my order wrong & shorted my change by $2.
Chicken Bacon Fries had no chicken & the fries were cold & chewy.
I will NEVER return to this location despite proximity to my home.
Listen, fast food is tough right now and service usually not great. I had a rare opportunity for Arby's beef and cheddar. It had been awhile since I went to the UA Arby's but remember service and food being good. It was around 1215p on a Wed at drive through. No long wait. The lady that took my order and was at the window was very sweet and engaging. I enjoyed a little eye contact and conversation.The food came out quickly and was very good. Thanks, Arbs.
I was searching for a new low point in my life, and when I saw this Arby's I knew it was going to be perfect. A dilapidated exterior led to initial questions that maybe this location had closed 10 years ago.
Inside that question was not totally answered. Still open and serving food but also nothing works. Drink machine out of ice and had no carbonation. None of the 5 sauce pumps worked. Bathroom out of order.
On the table I found loose weed presumably left over from an employee rolling a joint on break. I can't blame them because if this was my job every day I'd need one too.
Everything has its high point, so I must say the curly fries were on point ????

Awful service and unprofessional managers. They will leave the drive thru unattended (I waited 10 minutes, but Who knows how long it was off before that) and when you go to the window because you were being ignored at the drive-through, the manager will get snippy with you and tell you you have to pull back through even though now there are a line of cars. Don’t waste your time, no one in that store wants to work.
I stopped into this Arby’s location as I haven’t been to one in years and had a craving for something good. There was one other person inside waiting at the counter MAYBE 2 cars in the drive through. I waited 15 min not once was I acknowledged not once did anyone make eye contact and not once did anyone stop to take my order. I was completed ignored. Finally I turned around and walked out. I will NEVER frequent this place again.
New store layout, same good food. This Arby's was recently remodeled. Instead of music in the dining area, there are now two televisions. Only one of the TVs was on during my recent lunchtime visit, and it was showing ESPN with the sound on. I really miss the music. If I wanted to eat with ESPN on, I'd go to a sports bar. The lights in the women's restroom is on a motion-sensing timer. Evidently the sensor is located near the door, and not close enough to the stalls. A few minutes into my visit to the restroom, I found myself in a stall in total darkness. Ugh! The paper towel dispenser is also motion activated and not the most user friendly. I'm no fan of the redesign, but the food and service are good. I'll definitely be back.
