Staff was very friendly. The food was good, but when we went to sit down in the lobby, almost every table in the entire seating area was dirty. Had food debris on it, and yet employees were standing around using their cell phones behind the counter without gloves on Then handling food items without washing their hands.
Poor customer at this Arby's location. I asked John P. The drive-thru cashier for a large Sprite he gave me a Coke and Sprite mix, this guy really needs to pay attention to customer's orders.
Tom and I love going to Arby's.We went there today for lunch. We ordered 2 cokes the 2 Cheddar cheese fish sandwich and it had one dot the size of a dime of cheese on it and one dot of tarter sauce. One very little piece of lettuce.we also had. 2 curly fries that were over cooked we were so disappointed. We spent a total of 20.74.
The food was good. The fish was a little drier than I would have liked, but still better than some I've had from actual seafood restaurants. The service wasn't the best. The lady bagging the meals was kinda rude and didn't really seem to care.
This location has serious problems with its staff. The employees were obviously uncaring and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The young lady ( training Supervisor),was trying her best to solve the problems, and clearly recognized the need for action. She was taking orders, helping preparation and cleaning the tables. If this is a multi-unit franchise, I would suggest closing for a day and bring in the best employee from other locations to show these workers how in must be done.
I bought two sliders and some curly fries the fries were fine but the sandwiches were microwaved so they were supremely hot and the cheese was melted to the point that you could not taste the cheese in addition to that the bread got hard from being microwaved the sandwich is already super small it looks like a chicken nugget sandwich. I don't know if every Arby's microwaves their sliders but this was my worst fast food experience in general and my worst Hobbies experience
The most friendly service I ever had.
Went thru drive thru. Fast and friendly service. Prices comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area. Order was correct. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. Pecan chicken sandwich not so good. Definitely not worth the $5.49. Bread was hard and not enough chicken. Overall a dry, hard, boring sandwich.
