Food was amazing and the restaurant was clean.
While the older woman (who I assume was the Manager) was incredible, the woman working the cash didn't really want to be there.
Overall things weren't so bad and I'll be back in the future.
The worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Super slow service. Handed me the wrong order. Forgot to put fries in the fryer so had to wait longer. Was there for 30 minutes waiting. Super ghetto. Overpriced. As I was leaving an old man in the parking lot asked me to buy him food. Won’t be back.
Idk who the black bald head lady at the front counter is but she should NOT be working with customers. Ppl were saying hi she didn't say anything back walked up looking pissed didn't say how can i help you or anything. It was "anything else , anything else" real snotty and ignorant. Hey name starts with a B but I couldn't see it bc it was smudged. Didn't tell me my total so I had to ask. A gentlemen asked for something and pointed at it and she said "what kind?!" Really rudely. This is why I NEVER come to the falls but unfortunately my job brings me to these trash holes. I'd be miserable if I was 50 working at Arby's too tho!
Great food but idk why they're not avaible on any delivery app like door dash or grub hub I mean come on it's 2024 how r u not avaible other than go directly to the location
I Love Arby's food better than most fast food spots cause they offer food choices that are fulfilling and different. I enjoy food that's more like regular food. Some of the workers can work on there attitudes. Learn that we are paying customers and if you don't enjoy your job get a different one. I can admit that the cook almost always gets my food right being I'm very particular. Way better then those other three spots who Never get it right.
Everything is made to order so it takes forever! The drive-thru takes forever dining room closes by 8:00
No bad experiences here so far. They pretty much make your food to order so be prepared to wait. They do take a little longer than your usual fast food but the food is always hot and freshly made.
Carmen was fast, kind and smiling the whole time. Not typical for this location. Thank you Carmen! ????
