The staff here is what makes this place so great in my opinion. Even when they’ve got a full drive through line and full dining room, the employees are so kind and efficient. I always see the managers working just as hard as the other staff members. And special shout-out to one of the cooks, Mr Shawn
Slow drive-thru took forever just to get my meal, the cashier took my card for payment and literally had it like 10 minutes instead of swiping it and handing it back to me immediately like every other restaurant does. They shouldn't be doing that and holding onto customer cards. Then after waiting all that time my food was barely warm, chicken sandwich looked and tasted old, and the fries looked like a small, barely was enough to eat. I also had to ask for ketchup and didn't realize there were no napkins at all in the bag until I got home. Terrible customer service, and food. Fast food restaurants are charging way too much now for mediocre food and service.
Not bad but could’ve been better. Staff was nice and sandwich was good. Ordered a large fry and they didn’t fill the cup. Arby’s usually has the best fountain sodas but the syrup content of this location is so low it’s almost tonic water.
Let me start by saying that Shawn, the employee that took my order provided phenomenal customer service. He was friendly and really enjoys what he is doing. When he handed me my food he ensured I had my tray and made sure to tell me to enjoy. . The food was good.
I have been going to this Arby's for several years. The staff is always pleasant and food for the most part is very good. They were real nice to me when I had to wait forever for AAA. Gave me free coffee and let me wait inside on a cold and rainy Winter night. My favorites are gyros and curly fries. Tried the crinkle ???? but not as good as the curly s. Would have been better if they had seasoning.
I wasn't happy with my Ultimate BLT sandwich today. I hate it when restaurants aren't consistent. Specifically, I have ordered this Ultimate BLT for many years now. Today, the bread wasn't fresh, and the little bacon I did have was fatty and wasn't like the thick peppercorn bacon I'm used to getting. There was nothing "ultimate" about it. I didn't complain because I was hungry, so I just ate it. Do better Arby's!!
This Arby’s store location on Hammond drive is really good: the service at This store can be a little slow sometimes but today everything was fast and the order was done very well and without any issues or complaints.
How is this a large?!
I think you're scamming people with these serving portions. Selling people large combos & giving them smaller sizes. I got a #12 large combo. They gave me a small/medium fry. Had to purchase an additional large fry for over $3 and was small not large.
