This Arby's used to be good, I had stopped going over poor quality a while ago but tried one more time today. Almost $12.00 for a sandwich with almost no meat, service was terrible, fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The worst lunch I have had in a long time. Even the coke does not taste right, the mix was off and too much water. Will not be going back.
Ordered $31.48 of food today at 3:36 today. 2 of the sandwiches needed to be replaced. One made wrong and the other was made wrong. I even tried eating mine although it was made wrong I couldn't do it. With the intentions of taking it right back my day got hectic. I returned to the store at approx 10:30. All the lights were turned off to make it looked like they were closed. I took my chance and pulled around anyways because they are listed open until 11. They were open so I asked to get my sandwiches remade. (I still have the messed up sandwiches because I was told NO). Even had/have the receipt. I was told NO because I waited too long to bring the food back. Also I originally tried to give the sandwiches back and I was told NO they couldn't take the food back. A couple minutes later another employee came and asked for the food. I didn't think they could bring of food back into the building? Solution is going back tomorrow to get my food replaced. No matter how long it took to come back to get my food fixed should not matter. I have the receipt and food. The drive thru chic was so rude poor attitude she should find a new job .
Food was hot and fresh. The cashier was extra nice and made sure everything hot was hot and we had our shakes in no time. The sandwich a roast beef and cheddar was a little greasy that's what stopped a five star review
I always come to this Arby's and never have any issues . The staff are always so nice and helpful with erything when it's needed and I can always count on my food coming out correct and on time . Even when I do online orders I can count on the food being there for me because they ask my name every time before handing it off .they always keep it clean and I appreciate this Arby's.
Awesome sandwich, could have used some more beef and cheddar sauce but still pretty damn good... Love the curly fries...

We had the Gyro and it was awesome. Hot fries i had to wait for, but no hurry and they where super fast anyways.
I went to the one in New Port Richey and they were pretty quick at the drive-thru. Right now with the covid 19 going on drive through the only place that's open. I tried the new pecan chicken meal and it was delicious. It was very well prepared on toasted bread with curly fries and a drink all for eight bucks hey you can't beat that. Overall great meal nice experience worth the price give it a try.
